Thank God those wonderful folks recently purchased this place, wonderful service and the food is great , the place was so clean and they were so kind, when I walked in and seen them I knew I was in for a treat and I wasn’t wrong, congrats on the business and keep up the amazing work

Nice to see that subway is hiring those with special needs. Just sucks that I got a sad excuse of food due to it. Ordered the new nachos that turned out extremely soggy because they made it way before the time specified on the order. My kids ended up with a single strip of ham on their subs. Was very specific on no garlic due to allergies and the sub tasted like it had nothing but garlic on it. Worst subway I've ever been to.

Some days they have some asshole people but you need to think they might had a bad day but if you go in there yourself lighten up their day then maybe everything can be fun so even when they mess up it's not a problem because I've been to a lot different subways and they could be 10 times worse but I think the subway in Waverly is a good place

Cashier was rude and half made our food.
I asked for siracha she gave me hot sauce tasted like franks red hot not siracha and mean mugged us every Question we had DO NOT GO HERE! Food not edible

Employees are rude, and the quality of the food was terrible. The bread was old and hard and fell apart into crumbs. I will never visit this location again. To top it all off the employees used vulgar language in front of customers.

They did away with traditional wraps which a lot of people loved.
The new lavish bread is not good.
Will not order from them again, the last time I had on of the so called wraps I was sick all night. NO THANKS !!!

Always really good food but the last few times I have gone they have the door to the meets covered so I can’t see if I want a meatball sub or a tuna sub or a ham sub or a chicken sub it’s a little irritating and the manager parks right beside the store next to the green employee door kinda annoying trying to drive around her.

Parking: parking could use a lil more lighting but have several slots

The sandwiches are usually good. I do not recommend the Flatbread pizzas which aren't great and seem overpriced for what you're getting. Options for kids who are not into sandwiches are limited! This is to be expected at this specific chain imo but does pose a problem for my family. Main complaint: online orders OFTEN have errors. Wrong ingredients added, missing ingredients, wrong sauces. It happens often enough that I'm no longer even surprised when my order isn't as requested. ?‍♀️
