Went through the drive thru. The ice coffee was fine but didn't feel the Tim-bits were as good as expected.
They were out of everything we asked for, so we chose a sausage, egg on biscuit with an apple fritter! Needless to say the biscuit was gummy! And cold! The fritter tasted like a ton of crisco with cinnamon! Worst things we ever tried to eat here! So no more Tim Hortons! Ugh!
They been slow and they aren’t doing the coffees correctly and they never have something you want it’s been going for months idk if management changed or what
Amazing food but quite literally always out of 90% of their ingredients no matter the time of day. Or the workers fault at all, seems like the owners aren’t ordering enough consistently each day
Food is okay (nothing special) but the service is lousy! False advertisement too as when you order a meal you don't get a drink, only attitude, even though all the meal pictures show a drink with it. All the tables were filthy and just the overall vibe was a turn off. We were going to dine in but opted to eat in the car. We will never come back.. McDonald's up the road has friendly service and you know what your meal comes with. They also never run out of hash brown which apparently happened even before breakfast ended.
Can't get my order right to save there life
I stood inside for about 10 minutes and still didn't get to place my order, it was a little busy but that was ridiculous two other people inside and they didn't get to order either

It’s ridiculous that every time I have ever ordered a bagel from this place they are charred. You would think after multiple times that maybe someone would toast them less or turn down the heat?? I really don’t understand how you mess up simply toasting a bagel that badly, and to even have the audacity to serve it is crazier. It’s just pure laziness to serve inedible food.

Lines are almost always long
Why did it take my medium coffee and entire hour to cool down enough to safely drink without burning myself?

We were ignored by four unfriendly staff, until we just left without food. Bathroom smelled like feces and cigarettes.
Never have an honey dip, which i get is popular, so I'm not sure why they wouldn't make more. No one ever greets you when you enter, or even acknowledge your existence.

Went to the drive through to get a Mocha Cold brew a few days ago, I ask for EXTRA cream and sugar and I got 1 cream and ZERO sugar, not the first time it's happened, had to throw it in the trash, couldn't drink it. They're better than this.

Worst Tim Hortons you could ever go to, went there two weeks ago around 2pm and they said they were out of hot coffee? Also there is no point going there after 6pm because they are out of just about everything and shut the espresso down at like 4pm. Super lazy staff

Was driving down to visit my inlaws with my husband. We had went ahead and placed an online order so we could just pick it up. We got to the drive through and they informed us they were out of donuts, timbits, sausage, and espresso...so just about our entire order. This is frustrating but then they say that they can not give our money back because it's an online order!? So this has been a couple weeks. We have filed a request to get our money back (which we still haven't!) as it has been sent to a special agent for review. Who would have thought it would be so difficult to get your money back for an order that was never received.
11/3 edit: still have yet to receive a refund.
