My husband went thru the drive thru on April 1st-2025,he ordered the double stack biggie bag,got no fries and he ordered the jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag,we only got 1 drink and very few fries,he ordered chili cheese fries and it had very few fries and only half of them had chili and cheese! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!!!!

I have no idea how this establishment maintains a 4.0. April 1st 2025 9:14 I pull into the drive-thru with one vehicle already there. That vehicle pulls away and I pull up to the speaker. I'm told to wait and they will be right with me. After sitting there several minutes I pull away and as I round the building the vehicle in front of me is also pulling away from the window. Apparently they only have the capacity to serve literally one customer start to finish at a time. This service is pathetic. If I could leave a lower rating I definitely would.

My husband was at this location twice tonight, ordered and paid for the same sandwich both times and both times it was wrong. Their excuse when I called was that it was a new person. Train them better or don't put them on the line !

Just went and got our kids A 50 piece spicy chicken nugget, and they wasn't cooked all the way! The very rude, disrespectful, cursing, hanging out the drive thru window, yelled, telling us off, now they send the Waverly PD to our house, saying we have been there 5 or 6 times cussing them and honking the horn in their drive thru, so they got us for "trespassing"! We were only there twice, once to order food and the second time to bring back uncooked spicy chicken nuggets and we were the ones that got cussed out and told to come talk to the manager in the morning! They are liars, and very rude people, who don't care if they give kids uncooked food that's gonna make them sick! They filed a false police report to Officer Saxon, making up false, slanderous allegations, saying we've been there off and on all day, and the car wasn't even drivable until an hour ago!🤫🤫🤫👁👁😬😬🤷♂️🤷♂️🤦♂️

The man at the drive through was overly aggressive. Extremely rude and his vibe was off. Heavy set guy. It was a mobile order. We ended up cancelling on the spot. If you don’t like your job get out the service industry.

We had an awful time we were the only ones there, our order was wrong twice and they were really rude about it. The lady's working were right up front being super loud screaming and saying things I'd rather my young kids didn't hear, like go to the back if you wana chat between rushes or tone it down, The floor was super sticky and the tables were nasty i wiped the end my kids sat at and the wipe was black. Also the drink machine didn't work well and was covered in sticky dye or something super weird I def don't recommend.
