ordered through the wendys app to get it delivered to my place, the bag was open when it arrived so i checked, i was missing two things of chicken nuggets so i called the store. the lady proceeds to tell me that they dont have an app and they dont deliver so i explain what the app is, she refused to refund my money but said she would get ahold of someone and see what was going on and she would call me back, waited over an hour and never got a call back so im out of 10 dollars. never, ever ordering from waverly Wendys again. you have an app and the workers dont know about apperently

We came in a half hour before they closed but instead of them getting upset everyone was honestly okay with us sitting down and eating our meal. The food was great and the employees were awesome. Great job night shift

Terrible management today!! I waited in line for 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch I get! The poor girl at the register was trying to wait on the 10 people in line and put together the door dash orders, I heard her ask the manager for help but help never came!! If you can’t manage you people any better than that you shouldn’t be there!!At one point the manager walked to the front but never even looked into the lobby! I know that there is no way that no one else in that building that knows how to run a register! I had to walk out because even if I got to order by the time I got my food I wouldn’t have time to eat it! Very disappointed today, have never had an issue before.

Me and my boyfriend literally just left from there and as we are at the speaker, they ask us what we would want, and he says the first item and they interrupt him and said thank you pull around to the window and didn't even take the rest of the order that we had. They bluntly interrupted us and told us to move forward. To get them out of their hair, because the girl that took our order was also making food like if you're short staffed, how about hire some people or just don't be rude like that. Definitely wanted to say something but it would be a waste of time talking to someone like that. Horrible service and shame on whoever took our order. Don't know your know, I didn't see a name tag, but I don't really care

I visited the Wendy’s on Emmitt Street in Waverly on June 8th, 2025, at exactly 5:25 PM—and I can say without hesitation, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made it clear they didn’t want to be there—and they definitely didn’t want me there either. No greeting. No eye contact. Just cold stares and a vibe that screamed, “Why are you bothering us?”

The cashier acted like taking my order was a personal burden, barely spoke a word, and had an attitude so sharp it could cut glass. When I asked a basic, polite question about my online order 1 was met with a look of pure disgust and an eye roll that could be seen from space, we told the cashier we had 3 orders and she took one and walked away for 5 minutes leaving us standing at the counter! I finally asked a young man to take our order and he told the cashier to take the order and stop walking away from the counter! Not long after I realized they didn’t give me my cup, so as I stand at the counter for another 5 minutes while all staff are looking at me and NO ONE willing to come to the counter I finally just call them to tell them I’m standing at the counter when one staff finally decides to come to the counter, of course with attitude because SHE forgot my cup!

The rest of the crew? Equally careless. Employees were talking to each other with more energy than they gave any customer, and walking around like they couldn’t see me standing at the counter. No urgency. No respect. No professionalism. Just pure apathy and open rudeness.

There were barely any customers in the lobby, so they can’t even hide behind the “we’re busy” excuse. This was just lazy, entitled behavior from a staff that clearly doesn’t care.

Wendy’s, this is a complete failure of management. You should be ashamed to have your name on this store. If this is what you consider acceptable service, then you’ve lost all credibility.

My husband went thru the drive thru on April 1st-2025,he ordered the double stack biggie bag,got no fries and he ordered the jr. bacon cheeseburger biggie bag,we only got 1 drink and very few fries,he ordered chili cheese fries and it had very few fries and only half of them had chili and cheese! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!!!!

I have no idea how this establishment maintains a 4.0. April 1st 2025 9:14 I pull into the drive-thru with one vehicle already there. That vehicle pulls away and I pull up to the speaker. I'm told to wait and they will be right with me. After sitting there several minutes I pull away and as I round the building the vehicle in front of me is also pulling away from the window. Apparently they only have the capacity to serve literally one customer start to finish at a time. This service is pathetic. If I could leave a lower rating I definitely would.
