Rip off. Service is SLOW & they just cut their serving sizes in half and didn't lower the price at all. You pay $5 for a hand full of fries. Get real. Never bringing my family here again!

Being cash and an open mind. The first impression was dismal. Restaurants need menus, prices and the ability to pay with credit card. None of those things were available. The young lady taking the order was ill informed on the menu. I'm not sure why I stayed instead of driving back to Dellroy Drive-In. The ice cream did taste good. So it was worth it I guess but a little creepy.

Had 4 coneys that had no taste, chicken fingers and some fries and 4 small cones Didn’t mind waiting for our food but the bill was almost $100 for everything I know prices went up but the quality of the food was not good at all 2 hotdogs burnt, you could see the grease in the coney sauce

I ordered blue moon milkshake and tasted like straight Lysol and looked like they put food coloring in it nothing like a blue moon should be also got a Superman ice cream for the kiddo and didnt seem right even the wife tried them and said it was bad will never come back to this place

We went last year and the coney’s were good, my wife ordered fried mushrooms, but the middle was frozen. The lady remade the mushrooms for her.We returned today to get coneys and a shake. We waited 30 minutes for ours and received our order before the people who came before us and they waited half an hour and the guys wife had the same issue with mushrooms. I guess the owner left to goto a store and left her kids there to handle things. I did notice the trash can next to the pickup window was fully open with no bag. I just think they need to be better prepared and maybe shop before work. The place has potential, but right now it’s lacking. I’d prefer local over a chain.

Don’t waste your time and money! Last year it was bad but I wanted to give it another try this year and it’s worse. Each time I waited for 1 hour. It wasn’t busy just a few people were there. i had to wait in the drive thru forever and finally got to the window & still had to wait for about 10-15 mins until someone came to get my order. Once my order was placed I waited another 15 mins. All I ordered was a large blue moon shake and a Superman ice cream. I got the Superman first and that was fine but by the time I got the shake the Superman cone was melting. I asked the lady to make sure there was enough blue moon flavor bc past experiences of no flavor. Well she accidentally added way to much and it got all over her. I felt really bad and when I tried it it was horrible. Tasted like chemicals or something from the flavoring. I am a reasonable person I knew she was by herself and I was being patient. I understand how it is to work in fast food so she said she would try and make another one. She did and it still tasted bad then she tried to make one more which she put in a small cup when I paid for a monster size and said have a good day I tried it and it still tasted bad. In between trying to make my shake several times she was accepting other orders so altogether I was there for 1 hour! Like I said I hate complaining but I feel like I got ripped off. I paid $16 & had to send it on cash app…. When I left I threw my shake away and asked for a refund on cash app. I was actually shocked she denied my refund but whatever. I just know never to go there again & I will let others know how bad it is. The lady was super nice but she was working alone so it was a disaster. Hopefully they will have more workers b.c one person can’t do it all.I wish it tasted like it did when I was a kid.. Blue moon was my fav. Tasted great and they actually had workers and it was organized.

3 years ago we waited 45 mins to get ice cream, that was after we ordered. 2 years ago we ordered food, waited 30 mins. and the total order was wrong. We tried again today, long wait and 2 small sundaes were $12.50!!! The guy behind us was mad too, his 1 dip of ice cream in a small come was $6. Another person got a Blizzard. $8. They are pricing themselves out of business. No more...we're done!

I don't know what the new owners are trying to do, but I won't be back. The food was always good last year, but today was just pitiful the creamed chicken was tasteless the coneys had very little flavor and the fried mushrooms were a joke only got 4 mushrooms and were undercooked and still ice cold in the center. I have been in food service for 35 years this was just horrible. Go back to old menu and recipes or find someone who knows how to prepare food properly.
Love going to Fluppy's on my way to Lake Mohawk. The drivethru is an excellent feature here too, and the staff has always been very friendly!

Wonderful ice cream sundaes, shakes and cones! ? Only thing better is the service - they have always been very friendly and helpful with ordering. Don't be in a hurry, every item is prepared as you order it. More businesses should follow this practice, it really adds to the quality of their final product! Consistently good, it's always a treat to go to Fluppy's!
