Horrible experience. 1 person behind the counter and 2 on break at 1in the afternoon. Why? Who knows.
ordered online while driving 25min away. showed up, 3 people in line. 1 working while 2 on break. Time was Saturday at 1pm. waiting 15 min to find out they never made the order, only 1 person was able to use the computer but was no help finding the order. I walked out without any sandwiches and have to call Monday for reimbursement. Terrible service!

Absolutely horrible service. My family and I decided we wanted lunch from subway specifically. We drove from just outside of Amsterdam to realize the Carrollton location was closed as always. So we made the trip to the Waynesburg location. When we first walked on we were greeted by James whom appeared friendly and eager to help. It went down hill after that. The restaurant was empty with no waiting customers. He asked what we wanted and we kindly asked for a moment. He immediately replied with what bread then? Again we asked for a moment. I personally like different breads on different sandwiches. James immediately fired back with “you don’t know what kind of bread you want!?” Absolutely uncalled for attitude from James. Continuing through the experience he was condescending and did not make us feel welcome as a customer but as a burden. As we ordered our sandwiches, comments were made by James arguing about which sandwich we should have gotten if we wanted to add the specific items that we were ordering. It’s my understanding that you can add what you want and not be corrected as to what a sandwhich is called. Good for you that you know your menu, but to tell my wife she should have ordered a Philly if you want extra cheese is an aggressive manner was not necessary. Then, you don’t even give the extra cheese as he tells us “we are low on cheese”. That is not our problem and he sure had no problem charging us for the extra cheese that we didn’t even get. I do not believe it giving a tip unless you are providing a personal service such as table service, etc. especially after this horrible experience. My wife payed for the sandwiches and James decided to lean over the back of the cookie display to see how much of a tip was being given. When we selected no tip, he grabbed a large handful of napkins and THREW them into our bag of sandwiches gave us the receipt and walked into the back of the store. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a subway location. For us to make such a long trip to specifically get subways signature sandwiches, then be treated in such a manner is horrendous. This location has permanently lost our business because of one arrogant staff member. I plan to contact corporate regarding this location in hopes that no one else is treated in such a manner.

I walked in on my lunch break and noticed there was 3 employees working.. I only had one person in front of me at the time. Out of 3 employee only 1 was actually servicing customers, other on break, while the manger is doing stuff in the back. I figured it wouldn’t take long. Wrong it took almost 20 mins. ( this wasn’t the employees fault servicing me at all) more people walked in/ online orders came in. The dude behind me was pissed. Next she started online orders instead of waiting on him.. one guy walked out. By the time I left there was 6-8 people in line and she was doing it all by herself. I walk out and the manger is taking a break? You’re slammed. You shouldn’t have 2 employees on break. This store used to be great.

Disappointing. This location, and J&K Subway as a whole, seem to be struggling with basics like staying open, being staffed, and being able to take online orders.
It's 4:00 pm, and they are closed. The door, app, and Google all say 9:30 pm as a closing time. The lights are off, but there's no sign or note. Change the times on Google and in the app; it's not that hard.
If it is a staffing issue, pay a competitive wage and you won't have issues.

Says closes at 9pm showed up at 8:15 and its closed... pretty upset!
Girls were very nice and patient while I wrangled my toddler up long enough to order..restaurant is always clean and sandwich was good. A little pricy for what you get but I didnt want to cook so whatever..
