Today's food was great. My order was taken and served in a timely manner. After that, service became very lacking. I sat at the bar and was the only patron dining in.
Another person came in, sat beside me and was ignored for a long amount of time. With the bar in close sight and plain view from the kitchen/prep area, it still took both of us calling to that area to get someone's attention. I was not brought my bill at any point of the duration of my visit, and had to ask for it, again with lack of attention from the prep area.
Charging a fee for credit/debt transactions may seem needed, but it is not acceptable or fair. Because of that, although it's not fair to the servers, I am subtracting that fee amount from my tip with any place doing this now.
It's within your control to opt for those charges.
$3.49 is also an excessive and unfair price for a fountain drink when other establishment charge up to a dollar less ... and especially when yours is a self service station.

Was dining in from out of town. Sat down, was not greeted and again, like other reviewers, I was ignored. So finally got up and ordered to go, by the same person who ignored me. He told me a total, then the amount was more due to a credit card charge. I asked how much it was, he said not much. So never actually had my question answered. The calzones were good. The bread sticks were not at all good. Idk what it was. But if you order, just phone it in or get it to go. They didn't appear to want our dine in business. Maybe not even our business at all. I wish this could be five stars.

We dined in last night and had the most amazing experience! Our waitress Mira was so attentive, even to our kiddos. I had a delicious meatball hoagie, I’d say the best one yet! The pizza was scrumptious and I can’t wait to go back for more!

Glad this place is in W’ville, but it’s just ok at best. Spongy crust and weak sauce. Convenient for area customers but not very good honestly.

Tried to dine in. At 12:30 PM on a Sunday, the place had one group and otherwise was completely empty except for a carryout. The only staff member walked past our party twice without bothering to welcome us or say they would be with us in a minute. After standing around for a bit we left. Salads we saw on the table looked standard.
