We tried ordering our food cooked to order bc everytime we come here, our food is old and cold. The lady in the black shirt took our order in the lobby. Surely she heard us. Needless to say, we recieved our old and cold food. And noticed she didnt put cooked to order on the ticket like we asked. Im pretty sure she was a manager too. Maybe she should work in the back. Away from customers. Do better guys. Seriously. They weren't even busy.

The drive-through staff is rude. I have been multiple times to this location for breakfast, and there is one gentleman who is rude, and he's always at the pick-up window . I was hoping he was just having a bad day. But he's not a pleasant person to deal with. Will not go back will drive out of my to keep from dealing with him

I don't normally leave negative reviews but I feel it is necessary after 3 visits to this McDonald's and noting the same thing. In short and simply, the dining area is dirty. Sticky floors, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, spills and trash in the fountain drink area, etc. Last time I was here I complained on the McDonald's website. No noticeable difference. This is easy to fix. Please do so! Otherwise this is a great McDonald's...friendly and quick service at an excellent location. Please just address this most basic thing for food service...cleanliness.

one of the best McDonalds ive seen, the food is always good, building is clean, and as a Local thats been here a ton ive rarely seen the Icecream machine broken at this location which is super rare

Went in at 830 pm Friday night. The ice cream machine was down again.
My wife went later in the evening and hit the dollar menu. When she got home, I was appalled. They forgot 2 of our fries, but it wouldn’t have mattered. The food was atrocious. Our burgers and chicken sandwiches, INCLUDING the fries were old and cold. The soda was the only thing worth the trip. Tried to call FOR THREE DAYS and it always rings busy. This isn’t the first time this McDonald’s has done this, but after repeated failures on their part, I feel I must leave this review.
McDonalds needs to take some lessons from Chick-fil-A whose service is fast, polite and friendly. Their food is healthier and affordable as well.

Terrible and rude service from management. Hire someone competent to run this McDonald's.
Parking: The system is ridiculous because they want you to wait in a parking spot to deliver fast food. This was probably acceptable during the pandemic but nowadays it's just an inconvenience to the customer.
