one of the best McDonalds ive seen, the food is always good, building is clean, and as a Local thats been here a ton ive rarely seen the Icecream machine broken at this location which is super rare

My wife went later in the evening and hit the dollar menu. When she got home, I was appalled. They forgot 2 of our fries, but it wouldn’t have mattered. The food was atrocious. Our burgers and chicken sandwiches, INCLUDING the fries were old and cold. The soda was the only thing worth the trip. Tried to call FOR THREE DAYS and it always rings busy. This isn’t the first time this McDonald’s has done this, but after repeated failures on their part, I feel I must leave this review.
McDonalds needs to take some lessons from Chick-fil-A whose service is fast, polite and friendly. Their food is healthier and affordable as well.

Terrible and rude service from management. Hire someone competent to run this McDonald's.
Parking: The system is ridiculous because they want you to wait in a parking spot to deliver fast food. This was probably acceptable during the pandemic but nowadays it's just an inconvenience to the customer.

Nastiest public restroom I have used in years and I just recently visited the worst part of town in Tampa Florida. You can tell it has not been cleaned in weeks. No toilet paper and trash all over the floor. No soap either. And it was a safety hazard as well, especially for someone handicapped or temporarily in a boot from falling like myself. I informed the teenage staff and they just looked at me and turned around. I will do everything in my power to never return to this place. Do your jobs that you get paid so much to do. I know they pay y’all better than most. Oh and there was an employee using the restroom at the same time I was in there and I’ll be damned she didn’t wash her hands. I mean there wasn’t soap but she could have done her job and got some. ?

Boo McDonalds. Charge more for the McFlurry, take out the spoon/mixer, not fill to the top, and not put enough toppings in it. Do better. These things aren't cheap.
