This is probably the best fast food restaurant ive ever been to. They mistakenly put ketchup (allergic) on one of the burgers I purchased. Unfortunately I bit into it before realizing and got very sick. When I called and went back to have it replaced they handled it extremely well and made up for it by giving me a free hot fry and a drink for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with their professionalism and kindness.

We had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was very nice. They allowed us in about 30 minutes early to decorate and get things ready. I believe Brianna was the girl who helped us and there were two other young men who were so nice. They were very patient when I had to order for 9 kids and were quick with having everything ready! I would recommend them and I’d definitely have another party there!

Ordered two brisket whopper jr’s today with no cheese. I am deathly allergic to cheeses of any kind. I got cheese on BOTH sandwiches. I always check but not today, jokes on me. I called, and of course no one answered. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to get a simple order correct…….Done with Wellington BK😡

The price for the taste, it’s good. I will say that the menu changing in the middle of trying to look at it is very annoying!! Made it hard to read, and when I asked what they offered for kids the lady didn’t know!

Ate here yesterday ( April 6, 2025 about 3:30 ). All I can say is, 5 stars, for all categories is not enough. The young man who was the manager was exceptional. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Young people ( the crew ) were very courteous….not like most other fast food places where they act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. Very clean. Will definitely eat here again. Best fast food experience I’ve had in years. I also wrote a review on Yelp wishing I could give them ten stars. Keep up the good work!

I call for the gimchi but no one help me find still lost person very racist make fun of my accent.
Got my order and I missing a large fry and a Large drink. Really awesome, I paid $50 and I didn't want everything that I paid for. Cool thank you for that. Oh just found out after saying no ketchup or mayo I got both on my burger so thats even better! I didn't wanna eat.

Manager on duty today(10/21/24), was horrible, unempathetic, rude, and has horrible customer service skills. Why would anyone harass a child trying to play in the playland, let alone a special needs child? Disgusting. I guess that's what happens when someone was shoved into too many lockers in high school, then gets a manager job at a fast food chain and feels a bit of a "power trip"... I will NEVER give my business to this place again...
