Wife called and ordered a supreme, a pepperoni, and a cheesy bread for pickup. They forgot to make the pepperoni so they knocked some money off, good on them for that (I do give them 4 stars for service for making their mistake right). However doesn’t excuse absolutely trash food. All inedible, half a slice and one piece of the cheesy bread and it all went in the garbage. Toppings wouldn’t stay with pizza and crust was undercooked. Barely any sauce. Won’t be back, as there are definitely better options in the area like Lorenzo’s in Oberlin and Lagrange Village pizza.

This place staying open is definitely a health code violation just waiting to happen. First time “almost” customer, ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up my order the place looked promising at first. With a number of customers coming in and out picking up their orders. I walked in and the first thing that hit me was the pungent sour smell. There wasn’t much to see but from what I could see around the pick up counter wall was a medium sized refrigerator with what looked like a number of small tubs with pizza toppings possibly MEAT with half closed lids. Next thing I heard was something clanging and clashing to what sounded like someone dropping something in the kitchen followed by sloshing and splashing and a whole bunch of cussing over what sounded like a full on bad situation going on behind the wall.
Next thing I know I see a hand reaching into the refrigerator for what seemed to be reaching for a rag or towel followed by few moments filled with wet clean up sounds. I see the hand put the wet towel back in the fridge. Of course it was sopping wet with who knows what sorta brownish liquid dripping onto and into the half closed pizza toppings tubs. I just walked out and left. Never again! Thankfully I saw enough to avoid a huge health risk. If zero stars were available I’d use it for this review. Truthfully I wish I was making this up but unfortunately I’m not. This place from what I’ve seen is like an episode of BAR RESCUE it’s absolutely disgusting. Yuck steer clear! Food poisoning factory.

Really good place and great pizza. Nice little hole in wall pizza place. The wait is usually a little longer then chain places but i Contribute that to being popular and small. So I'm not going to down the service ratings for that. So at minimum plain to wait 35-45 minutes. Definitely a must try

The prices are so reasonable, which is incredible, in and of itself in this economy. Add to that, the pizza is delicious, they are accommodating to requests for substitutions, and the owner and girls working there are all incredibly friendly and welcoming.
As a transplant resident to the area, I’ve officially found my go-to, hometown pizza place!

I don't know if I had a one off bad experience or if these positive reviews are fake. This pizza looked amazing when opened box but it ended there. The smell was the first thing to hit me square in the face. I would compare it to spaghetti that has been uncovered for days in a fridge. I didn't let that get me down so took a bite and I wish I hadn't. It was almost as if the pizza had soured and spoiled in the time it took to get home. One of my dogs started eating it, dropped it and refused anymore.

Toppings low in quantity. Sauce was light in portion size as well. Extra cheese is needed as ordered. Overall good flavor with a delicious crispness to the cheese topping once cooled down.
