Really going down hill, the golden arches is to be so colorful and made you excited to be there, now it's a depressing bland color scheme serving sub par food, your lucky if the ice cream machine "works", I've worked there before, JUST CLEAN THE MACHINE.

Not sure what's happened, but the food has gone downhill. The atmosphere - never like it. Loud, dark, dingy, depressing. The servers have always been nice but always seem rushed. Can't ever get them at the table long enough to pull out a credit card to pay the bill. They drop bill & run even though all our dishes have been cleared & its obvious we are done eating.
Vegetarian options: Southwest veggie wrap - it's good if you don't mind spicy.

I ordered 2 large pops but they said they were out of large cups so would I take a medium? I said yes. When I went to the window an employee had a drink in a large cup so I asked about it and they said well, they have a "few" large cups left but they aren't supposed to sell them!!!!......but an employee can use them?? What?!?! I am very confused ......

Every time we come to this McDonald's in Wellington, Ohio, we always have to pull ahead and wait, and it's not busy. And it still takes 10 min to get our food.
