Play some McDonald's is one of the more professional McDonald's that I have noticed is ran very well in the managers are nice but they take their job seriously there for all of the employees follow restaurant guidelines and safety as well as are very friendly but down to earth kind of people. The food is also always fresh and good because they strive to make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied. PS I have lived in this town almost my whole life and I am 36 years old. Just so you know I am very familiar with this McDonald's. Lol!

I swear no one listens when you speak at fast food restaurant. I literally said I want a number 3 biscuit and some how I have a egg muffin. My hashbrown and sandwich were cold at 7 in the morning. Clearly no one is training to ask if the customer wants cream and sugar with their coffee not every one drinks it black? Check your order before you leave. The night crew must better but stay away from breakfast.

All I wanted was a large black coffee. The rude young woman behind the counter took my money and then walked away and started talking to her friend about their designer handbags and ignoring me. I tried to get the managers attention. “Hey Buddy!” “Hey Buddy” repeatedly. The manager rudely ignored me. Finally another young lady came out from around the side and poured a cup of coffee. It was the last of the pot. When I got to my truck I became aware that the cup was only 2/3 full. If I could give the Wellington Ohio McDonald’s a zero or better -10, I would do so. A very disappointing dining experience. The only McDonald’s worse than this one is the Oberlin McDonald’s.

Simply went through the drive-through to get a meal. I don’t think I’ve ever visited this location and had a bad meal. Have good customer service your fast and most of the time friendly bathrooms are usually clean. The restaurant is usually clean on a busy night you might be pulled forward or if their super busy you might have to wait on your meal
