I accidentally ordered a second sub on the app somehow. I called them 3 times within 3 minutes of making the order, they didn't pick up. I came there to tell them and they started with the wrong one. I explained the situation and they took my info saying a manager reach out. It's been a week. No call or anything.
They took my money, no refund, poor amount of toppings.
Worst subway within an hour radius. I refuse to go to this one, Oberlin Walmart because it's the same owners. Any other subway in the area makes better subs.

I came in today around noon. I ordered 2 subs and my greeting from Logan was AMAZING! His customer service skills are amazing and he seems to know what he is doing. The woman next to him. Her name was Amanda? Or Amy? Was not so nice. She did not smile and kept complaining about a fight she had with her husband. She was rude to the other staff members and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. This is how she is every time I’m in there. AND THEN I found out she was the new ASSISTANT MANAGER. As a former manager of 3 subway stores, she is absolutely not what a Subway should have as their face. She’s rude, unpersonable, lazy, and all around a dull addition to your subway family. My advice, fire her, and find someone else. Or better yet, take that young kid Logan and promote him, he was great!!

Inside a truck stop. 2 kids working at the time weren't very friendly. One sandwich was thinly made, other was ok.
Service could be better.
I ordered a chicken roll up with teriyaki sauce, NOT a piece of chicken wrapped in bread. Also ordered a pepproni roll up with cheese sauce, NOT pepperoni wrapped in bread. Thanks for the great shitty service! Wont be back!
Arrived around 1130 one lady was working. Had a large order in front of me. Kudos to Amy for handling it well without any help. You could hear multiple people in back talking and laughing but no one came and helped her even though they saw me standing there for 15 minutes. 4 more people come in I say in my louder voice I SURE HOPE YOU GET SOME HELP FOR THE LUNCH RUSH. And boom guess what the manager somehow shows up from in back. So not sure if it was my comment or the fact that the delivery guy (who she knew) was next in line and she came out to wait on him.. either way if you Amy you will get taken care of right!

From the moment I walked in to the moment I paid and walked out the store manager Nichole did nothing but bash her crew for not prepping enough for the evening rush…. If my memory serves me right the morning crew is supposed to prep for evening crew and night crew preps for morning crew….. you can’t possibly keep a store manager that constantly talks about having a freak out moment… the customers do not care that you can’t handle your position stop trying to make yourself look good when it’s your responsibility to make sure you are prepped and I don’t k ow maybe smile and be polite to the customers trying to buy food overall this was a bad subway experience

Just tried ordering a sub online . It was saying , out of onions, green peppers , pickles , tuna , Jalapenos . They are in the same packing lot as Apples grocery store . Would take two minutes to walk next door and get these items

They need to give these poor kids help in the evenings or quit taking online orders. Two adults abandoned them this evening with a line to the door and a huge amount of to go orders. The young girl was obviously new, and the boy was overwhelmed. I felt bad for them! They did great staying calm!

Never open listed closing hours.. typical sign up "sorry short staffed".. also don't wear a trump hat here. The young girls just glare at you and say nothing.. all manners go out the window .

Rude and stingy. They do not tell about an extra charge until after they ring you out. Do not ask for extra anything, or the world will come to an end.

Went to pick up food after it charged my account. Nothing was ready. They said they never got it. 240 was my pick up tike. This is the third time I've tried to order from them. The two other times they were closed in the middle of the day. I waited a half hour for my order to be ready just to have nothing ready. The system needs to be fixed.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch, the chicken was Mushy(chunked chicken). Has had me throwing up the past 12 hours and I won’t be eating here again after waiting 15 minutes for someone to serve me because there crew wants to hide In the back.

I didn't have to repeat myself a bunch of times to order, like many of the other subway restaurants. My sandwiches were perfect. This was the subway on rt 18 in Wellington, and I will visit there more often. The sandwich specialist was pretty young but did a fantastic job! All was great, and I was satisfied.
