I don't expect much from Taco Bell especially this location; has made me less than happy several times. most of the time it is just average and it is fine but tonight.. they hooked me up! all of my food was hot with large portions and plenty of sauce on each item. I got through the drive-thru quickly despite there being multiple cars and everything was in the bag! Even napkins. everybody seem to be in a good mood and overall has been the best experience at this Taco Bell location that I have ever had and I have been going to this one since it opened.

Don’t order a cup of cheese sauce cause they don’t even fill them half way up and charge you for basically no cheese we got four cheese cups. They were all that way.

Food is consistently prepared wrong. Quesadillas are never cut, the cheese is always unmelted and the toppings are lacking, usually a mostly empty and cold tortilla. Complaints made, problem is “fixed” one time and then continue to happen. Just go somewhere else. It sucks because there are few truly fast food places in town, and for the always climbing price, I’d like to be able to easily enjoy my food when I’m on the go.

I just got my food & I feel compelled to pull over & write this — OUTSTANDING! Terrific quality & such a great team! My burrito was made to perfection & each employee had a smile on their face. Charles handed me my food & he was the sweetest!! Full of personality & definitely has amazing customer service skills. Within our 40 second transaction, I felt like I made a new friend lol. Anyway, the whole staff in general made me smile. Must have some good mentors! Thank you so much! And, it wasn’t just a cheesy bean & rice burrito.. it was the only thing I’ve eaten all day after a long busy day at work.. nearly 9pm. Not only did you make the burrito with love, but you guys showed it in your personality at the window & when I tell you it’s the LITTLE THINGS.. it truly is! Now I’m driving home tonight with a little less edge on my shoulders.. thanks for being kind & genuine.. it meant a lot 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Only reason they're getting 4 stars is because they should simply eliminate the dine-in option. It isn't dine-in when I serve myself and get my food in a bag off the counter. Not going to pay the dine-in tax in Ohio for To-go style dining.

Otherwise, the service and food was great!

The last two times we have been there our order either wasn't right or we were not given silverware or napkins.

We are always missing items from our mobile order pick ups. Either chips w/ cheese, sauces or burritos. We usually make it habit to check before we leave the parking lot but this time we just headed home and sure enough we are missing both orders of our chips. Its an annoyance that we have to check EVERY time.
