I don't expect much from Taco Bell especially this location; has made me less than happy several times. most of the time it is just average and it is fine but tonight.. they hooked me up! all of my food was hot with large portions and plenty of sauce on each item. I got through the drive-thru quickly despite there being multiple cars and everything was in the bag! Even napkins. everybody seem to be in a good mood and overall has been the best experience at this Taco Bell...
I just got my food & I feel compelled to pull over & write this — OUTSTANDING! Terrific quality & such a great team! My burrito was made to perfection & each employee had a smile on their face. Charles handed me my food & he was the sweetest!! Full of personality & definitely has amazing customer service skills. Within our 40 second transaction, I felt like I made a new friend lol. Anyway, the whole staff in general made me smile. Must have some good...
Only reason they're getting 4 stars is because they should simply eliminate the dine-in option. It isn't dine-in when I serve myself and get my food in a bag off the counter. Not going to pay the dine-in tax in Ohio for To-go style dining.
