We eat here often on our way through town. The order is right 8 out of 10 times. I'm not a fan of fast food restaurants taking your money, not giving you what you paid for, then telling you they can't give your money back or offer a refund.
Gotta say this location was amazing for the first time going here. The staff was friendly, the store was clean and the food was really good. You could tell they cared about the quality. Trust me when I say this, I'm not used to fast food being very good coming from the Cleveland area. Let's hope my first time is an indicator for what to expect for future orders.
I have nothing but good to say about this taco bell! I had gotten the wrong order and didn't realize it until I got home. I called and talked to Jennifer, the manager and she made sure to make it right! The gentleman that gave me the food at the drive thru was very apologetic and was upset that it had happened.
