95% of the time you have to pull over and wait on your order. Then when you get your order and get home to eat the inside of your hamburger. Is pink not done...let alone the build of the sandwich strings of lettuce on sandwiches that don't get lettuce at all toppings half in the box half on the sandwich because that's how they boxed it not due to handling after. Just not a good place to eat anymore.

Dirty, takes forever, order is almost always messed up. On Halloween they gave away free meals which I appreciated but they refused to give my child (who is not allowed to have pop) an apple juice. If I had known before paying I would've bought one, but there was a line of 20+ out the door and they didn't mention it until we were waiting unfortunately. Just went through drive through and they've taken over 20 minutes to make 2 happy meals and 2 regular meals. Ice in our drinks is melted and fries are cold because they missed half the order and I had to wait for it for 5 minutes and counting now on top of the initial 15 minute wait. Additionally they took away the drink station in the lobby so you can't get your own refills, napkins, ketchup, etc.

When long term management is let go over nonsense it shows !!! Terrible service.
The staff is extra friendly, orders are fast and usually accurate (we're all human though) and all concerns are addressed by the managers or owner! Highly recommend!👏

This is the absolute worst place to dine in wellston. Every time and I do mean every single time I go here my fries are always almost cold, the hamburgers are thrown together and food and other things are always forgotten. This place is not what it used to be. Your order is either forgotten or messed up every time, employees ignore you and noone greets you, they are often arrogant and hateful to see you mostly, it is a shame what this place has turned into, food isn't made anymore it's thrown together and often just dumped in your bag it's 50/50 if they put your fries inside upside down so they are spilled everywhere. Today a guy at the window asked me 3 times if I had a milkshake on my order and after calmly telling him no I showed him my receipt to show him my order then 30 seconds later he asked me again if I had a milkshake? Noone takes pride in the work they do there anymore. To me this used to be the best place to get fast food in wellston and now it's a joke.
