This is the only Taco Bell in SE Ohio that I don't feel the need to check my items before leaving, they get it right every time. Food is always hot, no unmelted cheese. Staff friendly and quick!
My family dined in late last night and there was and 2 women and two men working. The man who started to take our order walked away from us mid sentence, and stormed out of the restaurant. The poor lady who was in charge, was shocked and embarrassed by the other employees behavior and did everything she could to apologize and make things right for the customers. I did not catch either of these names but shame on you to the GM'S who she could not get a hold of and shame on...
After midnight, this is the most important and only place that supports every worker from the factories to first responders by being available to serve warm food. These employees at this Taco Bell I believe are underpaid and under appreciated for what they do and how late they stay open to serve late night Munchies to this half the county when nowhere else will. They've always been nice and even with few employees have quick service and I appreciate what they do.
