Had to sit in the drive threw for 25 mins just for a mobile order!!! Then just for them to pull me up and still have to wait while multiple employees kept coming out and smoking and standing there staring at us this place is ridiculous!!! Worse service I’ve ever had in my life!

As I have only done drive-through here, I cannot rate the atmosphere. However, all workers have always been pleasant with me. The only reason I gave a 4 rating on the food is that I have been there 5 times now. 3 out of those 5 times, the food was great...fresh, hot, and delicious! However, the other 2 times, the food was lukewarm, and the soda was bitter (as if it wasn't mixed correctly). I give them the benefit of a doubt, though. Fast food work isn't an easy job. Anybody can have a bad day. I really do appreciate that they always remember napkins, straws, and flatware... and offer it with a smile. That really does make a difference.

Last several times we had stopped.,the fries and hamburgers were cold and meat pink. We stopped again as it was not busy. The checkout girl was very nice. I asked nicely if my hamburger could be doner and hotter. There were 6 employees at front by French fries and drive up window. When the checker told them my request, I could see they didn't like it. I saw them look among themselves and make facial expressions. The food was served and I thanked them. During the meal I could see the one that did what I asked staring at me continuously but I ignored it. I opened my burger snd it was pink and lettuce was a piece of the wilted outside..it had mayo ketchup bunch of pickles and was nasty. I didn't eat it. My friend and I decided we would not be back to this place. The business is losing customers due to quality of how meat is cooked. I always liked the staff but some were very unprofessional. The pop machine never has full flavored pop, always tastes as if it is carbonated water and coke does not taste like pop. Corporate needs to come check on people fixing the food and their management or train the cooks better. I am sad today because of how they acted toward me. My request was not an insult to them, we just wanted to sit down to a hot hamburger with fries.

Ordered a taco salad, barely got any cheese, these torilla strips aren't even strips. Its crumbs in a bag. And when did corn become part of the taco salad? I'm just disappointed with the salads now
Me and my brother Or in the drive through and my brother ordered a ghost pepper sandwich and baconator fries we just watched somebody pay with card and then when we got there they told us the card reader was broken And then told us to leave

Most of the workers are very young and don't have a clue what they are doing. The 2 older ladies kept screaming orders and were very loud. They also did not know what they were doing and kept saying that they didn't know what was going on or what went with what order. Our sandwichs were very sloppy, had to much condiments and looked like it was thrown together. The fountain pop machine was out if diet coke, which it seems to be everytime we go there.
