Food was pretty old and the frys were basically cold when we got them. Person in the drive thru window just stuck their arm out the window and then shut it without a hi bye or anything of sorts. Used to get great food and service at this location anytime of day but thats definitely changed unfortunately.
As I have only done drive-through here, I cannot rate the atmosphere. However, all workers have always been pleasant with me. The only reason I gave a 4 rating on the food is that I have been there 5 times now. 3 out of those 5 times, the food was great...fresh, hot, and delicious! However, the other 2 times, the food was lukewarm, and the soda was bitter (as if it wasn't mixed correctly). I give them the benefit of a doubt, though. Fast food work isn't an easy...
Last several times we had stopped.,the fries and hamburgers were cold and meat pink. We stopped again as it was not busy. The checkout girl was very nice. I asked nicely if my hamburger could be doner and hotter. There were 6 employees at front by French fries and drive up window. When the checker told them my request, I could see they didn't like it.
