I I ordered a burger through the app and forgot to make it plain so I handed it to the cashier Lexi because I don't order two but she remade no extra charge and truly wonderful person
Sorry, normally this store is on top of everything. But for the last cpl months or so, somethings way off. The orders, all three meals, have been either wrong or stuff is missing. The service has been really slow. I'm talking about sitting in the drive thru for 10 min or so. Sometimes pulling out front to wait and thinking they forgot we were there. Which really sucks if you have frozen drinks for a take out order. They are melted before you get your food.

The food has changed and even my kid won't eat the burgers anymore. The service isn't always bad but there are a few employees who could learn customer service skills. That's not to say customers are always right because, they sure aren't. But, reciprocate kindness and that will improve performance. That being said, a few minor improvements and this place could be amazing
