Tried to order online. It did not work but still charged my account. Had to call, they wanted to charge me twice as much because the deal was just online.
Ended up getting it through online, and still had to wait forever past the pickup time they provided me with. The place was crowed, and the doordashers were canceling orders bc of how slow they were.
When I got my food, it was extremely cold, and they had made a mistake on the order (gave me 10 wings instead of 20).
Horrible service, food, and experience all together.

Wow...went there for a late lunch around 1:15 PM. Understaffed. Waited 15+ minutes to be waited upon. Sign up front mentioned to seat yourself. Not a soul came around to take an order yet alone greet us with a menu for our party of 3. 1st time ever I had to get up and leave a restaurant for lack of service. Dirty dishes sitting on tabletops as there was nobody busing tables. My $ went elsewhere. Total letdown and a bust. It seems no service is a recurring theme at this location.

Ordered an online bundle deal, 15 wings-5 tenders- large fry. The order they gave me only the 15 wings. lol. Missing 2/3 of the order. Guees I should have expected the bag( isn’t that their job), so my own fault

The hostess was very nice and sat us right away. We sat in the booth for 15-17 mins no one came and greeted us. We saw several waitresses standing around watching the tvs. A few waitresses passed by our table never said anything to us. Very disappointing.

Given this bdubs several chances. Tonight was our last time. The service was terrible. My husband got his food 20 minutes before the rest of the table. We saw people who say a bit after us get their food while waiting on ours still. To top it off my food came out last and the fries were room temp at best.

Very disappointed experience, this place had me sitting for 30 minutes a no waiter greeted me or took any order from me, a lot of employees walked by my table and it was obvious I was waiting for service since I was starring at the wall with a complete empty table. I gotten up went to see the host that sat me and explained the waiting time, they stated their kitchen was backup and if could take up to 60 minutes for food. They spoked with a waiter to get service outside area. However I explained I made my order by QR Code so the service would faster and that still didn’t workout I still waited like another extra 10 minutes to get just 2 regular drinks. Poor experience I ended up adding myself at waiting list At chilli’s and they ended providing better service
