BEST PIZZA AT WEST CARROLLTON - OF ALL THEIR LOCATIONS!! This location (usually) cooks their pizza to perfection (got an underdone one a few wks after I originally wrote this review, so will try closer locations next time). Ordered pizza for pick up. The person taking my order wasn't rude but was distracted. Showed up to get food and order was out for delivery. The manager was in apologized for the mix-up. Made fresh pizzas plus gave me the original ones. Gave me a discount and a couple of cookies for my kids. The manager totally turned what could have been a negative into a positive. Way to act like a good leader!
