Watched video review of fish, drove across town to order, one side ok one side soggy like a potsticker dumpling. I paid cash called back they gave me a guilt trip. How can I be a better customer, I guess it was my fault

I won’t be returning. Everything was perfect but I noticed the next day I was extremely emotional as well as my wife. I don’t eat things like this often so it was obvious that it had something to do with what I consumed the day before. Not sure what hormones are in the meat but I don’t like it and won’t be treating myself here again.

This was a great experience coming through the driveway here for the first time tonight we were greeted by Lisette. She was SUPER nice which you don’t see much anymore from fast food places. We appreciated this you don’t know how much a smile and someone treating you nicely can make someone’s day! Keep being great Lisette! Her hospitality is superb.

I was here this past sunday, the butterburger was decent, but less then expected. At first the crew gave a cultish presence behind the counter when entering. But the environment did begin to feel more comforting when a young women on the crew who went by Alexiana provided realism in her service, something clearly not an act. So if you decide to go here just go through the drive thru, unless you get lucky to meet Alexiana.
It is good food not fast food! It is quicker than a diner during dinner rush. If you are short on time, wait or come back when you can enjoy. Try the daily custard as a milkshake! Tell them I hi and watch me smile.
