Pizza not ready when promised, (wasn't even in the oven yet) Looked like some of the toppings were thrown on cold after the pizza went through the oven. Pretty much done with this location. Not worth what I paid.

Christian was the nicest manager I think I've ever dealt with over the phone for any food order I've placed. He deserves a raise! Our delivery guy (blue mohawk) was super friendly and that's hard to find in today's world with customer service. Kuddos to both of them!

So this is a mixed review. We order 3 pizzas online, and they arrived 30-40 minutes after the email said it would be there. I am giving 4 stars because of the service. Whoever we spoke to on the phone was very apologetic and nice. When we received the pizzas one pizza was totally burned. When we called they gave us a free pizza credit which we were able to use later. The other two pizzas were good tho. I think it was just a rough night.

The call center messed up on my ordering my pizza over the phone. They ended up fixing it after I got there . But you need to work on the call center.
Food was horrible I ordered a 10 piece wings the only give me 5 I asked for ranch and blue cheese didn't get Any also my food was rush my daughter had mushroom on her pizza she do eat mushrooms I also asked for Ham on my pizza didn't get it this location is horrible.

Ordered at 2:40, was told it would be delivered by 3:30. Called at 4 to find out the status and got disconnected 3 times. Finally they put me on hold and still sitting on hold after 20 mins and no pizza!
