This location is pathetic. I have given multiple opportunities and even taken things back to be remedied. Save yourself the money and visit thr location by the mall. They actually put your extra espresso, toppings etc in. I have once gotten foam on my COLD FOAM COFFEE only because I took it back in! Id say they set a low bar for standards but this is NO bar standard. Im over it and will never be back

Asked for 6 frosted donuts. Didn't say anything about sprinkles and they all were covered. Donuts were not great at all kinda hard. Dunkin in going downhill.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The store was clean and nicely organized. The food and coffee was okay. It wasn't no fault to the employees but it just doesn't have a quality taste. Can't vibe with the coffee.

absolutely no consistency. I have gone multiple times since they’ve opened. Usually I have to add an extra pump of flavoring to make it sweet enough but today it was way too sweet. I usually have to get my bagel Toasted darker due to it, not being toasted at all. And today they put a metric ton of cream cheese on it when they barely give you any. I should just learn my lesson and stop going to this one. Living up to the Legacy of sonic the store that used to be there before them.

i mean. drink is not even full, mind you, it was a small matcha latte. cashier was on her phone. this place is mediocre, the staff are rude most of the time and drinks are fine.

I was there this morning around nine thirty to pick up my food. I watched the guy put his hands in his pockets several times and then touch the food. There were 2 women on their phones and making people's orders, just talking away. That can contaminate people's food. Unbelievable.

I love donuts of every kind. Raspberry jelly filled, Persian with nuts. Fritters. I like chocolate milk with my donuts. And coffee after.

If I could give zero I would staff is a bunch on inept workers waited in the drive through forever told they would be right with me and then proceed to help customers at the other speaker this place is terrible

I'm a driver and Dunkin' is my favorite, being that I'm from Massachusetts. I stop at several different locations daily throughout the Dayton area and this is one of the newest locations and one of the worst. My first visit was met with a lazy, uninterested staff, one with her back to the counter and on her phone After waiting and while being ignored, a gentleman finally greeted me and asked me why I was there (mobile order). Today was no different. I made a mobile order and when I walked in to pick it up there were 2 employees working. Neither greeted me or said anything for that matter. After a minute of waiting, the drive thru worker handed me my drink from the drive thru staging area (set it up for in store pick up) and didn't say a single word to me. Not hello, not thank you, not have a nice day, NOTHING. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service behavior. I will gladly patronize the locations that call me by name when I enter because that's how often I go, instead of this lazy culture that seems to have formed in West Carrollton. Do better because I won't be back.

Overall good experiences, but I recently received donuts that tasted like they were a few days old. Coffee has always been spot on, and a few weeks ago I had a sandwich that was awesome.

You’ll pay full price and be handed a cup of ice coffee with a large gap in it being told it just needs more ice. Being told it’s all pre measured. Like that’s fine I understand pre measurement but this big of a gap shouldn’t be here.

Stopped in because we don’t like the location that is near us. Trent went above and beyond! Great customer service. Didn’t like my drink when I tasted and he fixed it to make sure it was to my liking. We will definitely be back as long as Trent is here!!
