This used to be the only good restaurant in West Carrollton with a drive thru. Management sucks, they’re extremely rude, food is gross, no one cares. Restaurant is nasty. Not what it was months ago.

I stopped in this location yesterday evening around 6:00 p.m. you would have thought that that was the dinner hour and they will be making fresh chicken. I got the two piece dark meat $6 deal and the french fries were dark dark brown. It looked like they had been a re-dropped as opposed to making new ones. The chicken was extremely dark on the outside and dry as a bone on the inside! It was literally unedible! When I called to complain about it, all I got was an apology. No offer to replace it with decent chicken. I was told that I should have brought it back into the store and they would have replaced it. When I opened the box and realized what I had, I was already 40 minutes away from the store so I couldn't have taken it back!! I'm really disappointed that they didn't offer to make it right!! I typically love KFC and wanted to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves but it didn't happen! I'm left still craving a good piece of chicken!!

The food I ordered was great and freshly made! However I ordered it at 6 on the app and the app said it would be ready by 6:25. I got there and the app was telling me my order was done! But my order wasn’t ready, I ended up having to wait until about 6:50 for my food. However the staff was very apologetic and gave me a free drink to help make up the for inconvenience. I appreciated their hospitality and kindness and the chicken they gave me was served to me fresh and hot!

Not a great experience..the cook messed up my food two times… and Jeanette threw away a perfectly good sandwich 🥪 and she was rude listening to my conversation. Policy says throw it away but if I was white I would have been able to keep it..I feel her heart is not for kfc..0 stars if I could for her ..tables were dirty and just her mood ruined my mood for this kfc location..reevaluate Jeanette. I could have paid for there mistake but I shouldn’t have to ..they messed up..and mistakes get ate too not thrown out..it’s messed up how ppl are treated these days..delusional then she called the police like I got hostile with her when I didn’t she scared for no reason. I wouldn’t harm anyone..Ohio is for losers..she wasted the food..

Always check your order because I guarantee something will be missing. Long wait, unprofessional management, and hit or miss food. I suggest driving to another KFC as the extra few miles will be well worth it.
Ordered four-piece meal, received three pieces, no biscuits. No substitutions, made to wait 10 minutes because of no gravy. Avoid this place like the plague. This is the worst treatment I have ever received in 30 years from this KFC. And I certainly will never be back

Worst kfc I've ever been to by alot. We ordered online ahead of time and got pulled up because of a wait on biscuits. No big deal but when we finally got our order chicken was cold no sauces that we asked for and no biscuits. Gravy taste watered down. Similar experience last week when I came thru. I figured it was just an off day but sadly I was wrong. Save your money folks this place gives kfc a bad name in my opinion will not be coming back.
