I'm not sure why l have to always ask for my receipt? One thing about McDonald don't have a problem asking if your using the mobile app. Can't give your receipt always have to ask for ketchup.

Ordered on the app... when we got there we put in out curbside number which was #5... we waited for 10 minutes talking before we realized that we sat there for an extremely long time for 2 pops and a fry... especially when the whole time we sat there we only saw 2 cars go thru the drive thru... so my husband goes in.. the lady handed him the cups (Mind you this was supposed to be curbside pickup and I ordered before we got there) also not sure what's up with the fries these days but no McDonald's seems to cook their fries all the way anymore.. they're always mushy.. and these today (which he was told they just came up) were not hot... not impressed with this McDonald's service or food...

The guy taking the money starts talking about video game’s asking opinions and didn’t like what I had to say and gives me a dirty look then slams the window shut as if I off WTH that was very rude I will never come back to this location
About 20 minutes ago, I went through the drive thru with a mobile order, I have some facial piercings and the boy at the first window made a concerning threatening comment to me as he handed me my receipt after pausing and staring at me for 5 straight seconds and said “if I had one magnet you’d be on the floor from all of the blood loss from those being pulled out” I’ve heard jokes about magnets before but this was very direct and oddly threatening as if he was the one going to do it, which by the way face piercings aren’t magnetic I don’t get how people actually think they are. But this was terrible I usually have good experience with the workers but I feel very uncomfortable going here ever again knowing I may encounter some guy who’s going to threaten me over my looks. They should really know who they’re hiring. Also my review is under a separate fake name since I don’t want the employee knowing my real name if he sees this.

Every McDonald's is terrible, both for your health and it's just subpar while being obnoxiously expensive. You've got a 50/50 chance on catching an employee in a bad mood at every single McDonald's location, but realistically, that's just the service industry in general.

Bad attitude from the manager at this location. I used the kiosk and never received my order. As I questioned the manager, she got an attitude that made me wait another 10 minutes for food for my twin boys before taking them to school. Stressful moments should not equate to bad attitude towards a customer. Beware of this manager at this particular location.
