Ordered frappe around 7:45 PM on app. When I arrive to the store, no workers ask what order I am waiting for and after 15 minutes of waiting and employees, passing by another person, waiting for a DoorDash spoke up, which the worker told me that I had never had an order placed yet I showed them my app. she proceeded to make my drink, but then complains to coworker at drive-through window loudly about the situation yet both parties, including were not rude nor aggressive. Ben talks about how job is stressful and how they are off in about 15 minutes. I feel like the encounter was unprofessional and uncalled for. that worker needs to revisit customer service training yet I know nothing will happen.

If you want extra mac sauce just order light sauce. Hamburger literally falling out the bottom while you try to eat bc there is so much. This was my last visit to this location. Everytime i go there there's always something wrong. Old dried out burgers and buns, food slapped together so sloppy my child could have done better also keep in mind my visits are during hours with no lines and very few customers.

This McDonald’s is the best McDonald’s out there. I pulled up at 3am and there system was shut down and I ask can you at least make a burger they said I have McDouble ready on the house. Really redefined my perspective of fast food customer service. Shout out to the night crew. They are good peoples. Cant say enough good things about this McDonald’s location. I’m not a fast food guy but they earned a loyal customer

we ordered two sandwiches and they were absolutely undercooked! this was in the middle of the day and there was no line so they were not busy and I just did not find this acceptable at all... not to mention one of our burgers wasn't even wrapped!?. pictures to follow. I did contact the management and they were quick to remedy the situation which was refreshing

No wait in the line and you still get a cold burger falling out of the wrapper with no napkins. Cheese looks fresh out of the wrapper and put on a cold burger. I don't go to McDonald's very often if at all because of this reason.

An employee kept walking from behind the counter with the McDonalds tablet to the bathroom. She would sit in the bathroom stall for about 10 minutes, come back out for a minute then go back. In the bathroom she was locked in a stall watching Tiktok (or something like it) there was a line for the restroom and a line in the dining room with nobody helping. I'm not sure if she was on break or not, but regardless she had the McDonald's tablet in the bathroom and we were waiting for 20 minutes in the dining room. My kids couldn't use the restroom because she was in one stall and the other was gross. She had long blue hair. It was gross she kept going back and forth with the tablet to the kitchen and the bathroom. She wasn't even using the restroom. She was leaned up against the wall watching videos. I had to leave to take my kids somewhere else for food and bathroom.

The manager told me they had a hard time keeping up with fries yesterday so she was unsure how I got old fries… since when does fresh fries look and taste old and why is a large really a SMALL now 🤦🏽♀️

The McDonald’s in West Carrollton has some of the best young workers around—super friendly, hardworking, and always polite. Sure, the food gets mixed up once in a while, but hey, we’re all human. They always make it right, and that’s what counts. Great service with a great attitude!

Place my order letting ar drive didn't let me finish cut me off and starting taking the other person order at drive through 2 so I pull this seem to be happen more and more
I'm not sure why l have to always ask for my receipt? One thing about McDonald don't have a problem asking if your using the mobile app. Can't give your receipt always have to ask for ketchup.
