I'm not sure why l have to always ask for my receipt? One thing about McDonald don't have a problem asking if your using the mobile app. Can't give your receipt always have to ask for ketchup.

Ordered on the app... when we got there we put in out curbside number which was #5... we waited for 10 minutes talking before we realized that we sat there for an extremely long time for 2 pops and a fry... especially when the whole time we sat there we only saw 2 cars go thru the drive thru... so my husband goes in.. the lady handed him the cups (Mind you this was supposed to be curbside pickup and I ordered before we got there) also not sure what's up with the fries these...

Today I stopped in the morning for breakfast. I order four egg and cheese muffins, one decaf coffee, a strawberry smoothie. We waited for about 12 minutes to have our order ready. People were very nice but the lady in the kitchen needed help. She was doing her best to make the sandwiches. She was by herself cooking and doing everything in the kitchen.
