The staff was nice and friendly. They took and made my order right away. I asked for some crushed red pepper and they gave me two packets. I also got a two liter bottle of Orange Crush soda. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you.

I ordered 3 pizzas from here over the phone and all of them were hard as rocks and burnt. I called and asked for a remake and the manager said "no we can't do that, we are done here!! we are done here!!" And hung up on me. If you want nasty food and bad service then order from here.
All papa johns locations in ohio have employees that just want money and don't care about making Customers happy and Satisfying their customers. All they care about is their paychecks and money, which is ridiculous.
The food was made well enough but the sheer disrespect and attitude you get from the staff makes any other pizza place a million times better, trust me on this one

Might adjust in the future, but tonight they not only made everything to the exact quality I would expect and then some, they outdid the other Papa Johns in the area by ACTUALLY including all toppings. Due to the size of the order they called and checked to make sure it was legitimate as well which allowed me to rectify the fact that it was placed for carryout instead of delivery as well. This overall may have been the best experience I've had with them in 10 years of regular orders.

I’m just done going here. Waited extra time over the quoted pick up time while I was on my way to Cinncinati to pick my husband. The food was just okay to the taste but the big surprise was it made everyone sick in the house later that night! The staff was not busy and just seemed like they wanted to chat about personal problems instead of making pizza!

Order the pizza online to be picked up by 7:30 was supposed to be notified that it was ready and was not sent my husband to pick it up and you can tell it's not fresh it's just lukewarm so I know it wasn't just made thanks this is why I don't eat pizza in Ohio rock on
