Ordered chicken tenders and they let me know they would be 8-10 minutes. This is fine, it actually took closer to 15 minutes. This is still fine. The problem is these are the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen. they are smaller then a mcdonalds nugget. They shouldn't have taken more than 2 minutes to make. I ordered tots with my meal and they gave me fries. I ordered ranch with the tenders and they gave me ketchup and mustard?? no ranch though. Also the corn dogs are microwaved still apparently. haven't ordered one in ages because I got a nasty soggy one, but I figured if they're going to spend 15 minutes frying a nugget the corn dog would be fried. NOPE. I would be embarrassed to serve chicken tenders this small, I rarely go to Sonic due to the low quality but the downward spiral of this place seems so much more apparent to me. "we don't have cherry syrup". "we don't have large cups". Tell me exactly what do you have because from this order there's a 50% chance I'm actually going to get it anyway. 15 dollars too ridiculous.picture of tender with fry for scale as they did not give me tots.

Waited overall 35 minutes for way overpriced food. Forgot hamburgers, luckily I was still in line but took even longer to get those. I will never go back here. The food wasn't that good either, salty burgers and burnt fries.

Went there today 4/29/2024. Was closed. Hit and miss service lately. Was told to go to Kettering location. No thanks. May never go to any sonic again.

Good food & drinks over all. Always an extremely long & painful wait in the drive-thru. The service seemed to improve. The fries tasted like old fryer oil & the burgers were extremely messy.

Mobile app doesn’t work because they don’t want an influx of orders, but that’s the only way to get half-priced drinks throughout the day. Also, their slushy machine is down, but everyone that goes to Sonic usually only goes for the drinks so I’m wondering on how they’ve let this be a continuous issue for over a week now. This Sonic is one that I purposely will go 15 minutes out of the way to avoid and go to the one on Wilmington pike and I would suggest that you do the same.

Waited at the drive in car service area and after a wait then we were told only the drive-through is open. There should have been a sign or someone noting when a car parked and telling them. Then the wait for food at the drive-in window was so long, cars behind me gave up and left.

You have to go through drive-through due to low staff had to wait 15 minutes for my food. I got my tater tots. They was cold. Look like they’ve been sitting all morning. Would not recommend going there.

Tried to order doordash and yall came up with some random reason that we needed to cancel our order because you "didn't have any garlic buns and we needed to reorder in order to get a substitution". So obviously we canceled the order and ordered from somewhere else where the employees aren't lazy and incompetent, but thanks to your laziness and incompetence, doordash only refunded half our money for an order we never received, because the doordash driver had already arrived. So you screwed a customer out of money because you simply didn't feel like doing your jobs??? I couldn't imagine ever being that pathetic of a person, personally.Edit to add: Looking at further reviews and seeing the owner responding to very similar complaints over the last few MONTHS but apparently not doing anything to fix the issue. Yall know money talks, right?

1430-1500 11APR2024These guys were swamped today. The line was massive, they were horrendously short staffed, it was a mess, but, you know what? They were still friendly as all get out, the food came out great (ya it took it a minute but that's okay), and it was fine. The only specific name I caught was a male Jamie (Jayme?, Jaime?) but the three people I talked to were cordial despite how frantic everything was. Very solid crew dealing with a bad situation.Immediate edit:All these low reviews with no words, how do you expect an establishment to improve if you don't voice what you didn't like?

Customer service is not great. Employees were arguing while they took my money. And continued while handing me my food. They didn't even acknowledge me as a customer.
