Mobile app doesn’t work because they don’t want an influx of orders, but that’s the only way to get half-priced drinks throughout the day. Also, their slushy machine is down, but everyone that goes to Sonic usually only goes for the drinks so I’m wondering on how they’ve let this be a continuous issue for over a week now. This Sonic is one that I purposely will go 15 minutes out of the way to avoid and go to the one on Wilmington pike and I would suggest that you do the same.

Waited at the drive in car service area and after a wait then we were told only the drive-through is open. There should have been a sign or someone noting when a car parked and telling them. Then the wait for food at the drive-in window was so long, cars behind me gave up and left.

You have to go through drive-through due to low staff had to wait 15 minutes for my food. I got my tater tots. They was cold. Look like they’ve been sitting all morning. Would not recommend going there.

Tried to order doordash and yall came up with some random reason that we needed to cancel our order because you "didn't have any garlic buns and we needed to reorder in order to get a substitution". So obviously we canceled the order and ordered from somewhere else where the employees aren't lazy and incompetent, but thanks to your laziness and incompetence, doordash only refunded half our money for an order we never received, because the doordash driver had already arrived. So you screwed a customer out of money because you simply didn't feel like doing your jobs??? I couldn't imagine ever being that pathetic of a person, personally.Edit to add: Looking at further reviews and seeing the owner responding to very similar complaints over the last few MONTHS but apparently not doing anything to fix the issue. Yall know money talks, right?

1430-1500 11APR2024These guys were swamped today. The line was massive, they were horrendously short staffed, it was a mess, but, you know what? They were still friendly as all get out, the food came out great (ya it took it a minute but that's okay), and it was fine. The only specific name I caught was a male Jamie (Jayme?, Jaime?) but the three people I talked to were cordial despite how frantic everything was. Very solid crew dealing with a bad situation.Immediate edit:All these low reviews with no words, how do you expect an establishment to improve if you don't voice what you didn't like?

I went today to try the pulled pork sandwich, I’ve recently seen video reviews and each person said it was good. So when I arrived at sonic, I felt in spirit there was going to be something there were out off. I proceeded to order and immediately the drive through worker said “We don’t have the pulled pork, it’s frozen “ I’m confused on why when you guys were getting low, you didn’t think to take more out. ? last visit I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper and you guys were out of ingredients to make it. How about you put a big sign on the menu that says “Availability of items are dependent on how we feel” that way there won’t be any confusion.

Every time we try to go to this location it’s always closed and all the lights are off. It’s been as early as 6pm and the place is shut down. Hard to believe this location is even still “in business” considering they’re closed so much they can’t possibly have any profit.

I was out doing errands and when I finished I didn't feel like going Home cooking anything so went to Sonics and got that Double Cheese Burger Special they're Advertising on the T.V. It was Delicious and hit the spot.

Probably will never go back to this location. Poor service. Poor food quality. Didn't have food as advertised. Cuater service was lacking. Only the drive-thru was open due to "lack of staff." The wait time was ridiculous for only having 2 cars in front of us (and neither looked to be big orders). I'm disappointed overall!!!

Picked up a door dash, there were 4 cars in front of us. It took 48 minutes.... employees were rude and it seemed like they only have 2 people working. I've gotten food myself there multiple times before and it's always overpriced and mediocre and the wait times are insane for a drive through. I'll never pick up food here again for myself or anyone else
