I just went in to order lunch and there’s no menus anymore. It’s all a kiosk and self service. When did food service in industry in hospitality industry turn into self service? I will absolutely never return again and my only question is how long until they take the menu out of the drive-through And you have to order through an app? This is Unacceptable!

I come to this taco bell regularly and they always get the order wrong this time they got it wrong at the speaker I even told them at the window that it was wrong and corrected them and they still gave me the wrong items

When I order nacho fries since 30 minutes ago and they forgot to put the seasoning in the fries and I’m little bit disappointed, and they will make better next time

They never make anything rite if you order a box and put Cinnamon twist on there they either put chips or none in there at all. They always forget my grandkids roll ups and if you have allergies to something and tell them not to put it in there anyway and get an attitude when you call them out on it. No point in ordering a delivered coffee or creamer alm you will get us coffee.

I ordered carryout. While I was waiting I noticed cars that pulled up to the order window were getting their food faster than me, and it was the same food that I had ordered. Either they are prioritizing the drive thru window over people who come into the store. Or the person who takes care of in-store orders sucks. This is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened in the last 2 weeks. The last time I went they also had a sign on the cash register saying they were short handed and to go back outside and go thru the drive thru. I'm done with this Taco Bell. Oh, and the order for 4 tacos took 39 minutes to fill.
