I highly recommend going if you don't mind cold food, burnt dry burgers, a dirty store, and staff that are unprofessional in every way. Go at your own risk.

Probably the worst Wendy’s in the Dayton Area. Staff is everything but professional. The employees here act like you’re a burden for even ordering food. Half of them don’t wear a uniform and speak to you as if you’re below them. Don’t be surprised to hear them actively shit talking you and your order while you wait for it. Health department needs to step in soon before the black and mild tucked behind the fry guys ear ends up in a fryer or worse.

I actually like this Wendy's. A lot of you have to understand its hard to have motivation and drive to work for a company that pays you bare minimum, makes you run the store by yourself, works you ragged. They honestly just seem like theyre stretched so thin sometimes. Everyone's super nice to me too! the only real complaint id say is the floor is super sticky. id be honored to clean it lol <3

Stopped in at 12:15pm. Entire crew had no clue what order belonged to which customer. Lobby full of customers. Crew using foul language in front of customers. Service time an absolute travesty. Double cheese ketchup and mustard, No mustard, Burnt. Drink station filthy. Crew with visible neck and facial tattoos. I worked at this location in the late 80s-early 90s and this type of stuff would get one fired on the spot. Never again.

Waited 10 minutes, at least, at the window, not just the line. Food tasted like it had sat for a while. Didn’t get a receipt. Place has gone so far down hill, I’m surprised it’s still open.

Every single time whether I go through the drive-through or whether I order a delivery, I always have to go back. I could get a Parmesan Caesar salad and they always forget to put the Parmesan croutons and the dressing. I got the saucy nugs once and all they sent was regular chicken nuggets so I went back. I don’t know why I pay extra for delivery sometimes knowing that this Wendy’s never gets it correct. It is beyond frustrating. I can understand one or two mistakes, but every single time is ridiculous.

Usually I don't have a problem here, but today I spent a total of 20 minutes from start to finish in the drive thru. I only have a 30 minute lunch and ended up clocking back into work late, without even finishing eating my lunch. Extremely disappointed. There is a reason for fast food, because customers need it fast.

Went through the drive thru ordered chicken nuggets, single hamburger, and two medium fries. The young man told me "the oil drained in the fry machine, it will be a while" After waiting a half hour my food came out. Got home and obviously they made the sandwich and nuggets when I ordered because they were very cold!! I waited a half hour for cold food! I would of went in but the parking lot was full of snow and ice. Teach your employees customer service!! Most disgusting meal ever!

Went to the drive thru to grab a quick bite. Slightly busy but not too long the guy that took my order had a pleasant voice and was very kind. When I got to the windows he had a lil small talk which I think is great customer service. As I was waiting another guy approaches with my food that he said he just made fresh himself. The food was everything I remember from when Wendy's was the best fast food place around the food was hot fresh and the service was great. This location by far is the beat Wendy's in town. Hats off guys amazing job.
