Tried your Big Pig pizza at the Ox Roast today. Wow!!! Delish!!! Not exactly what I go to carnival/festivals for, as far as food goes ... But this is NOW on my list at the Ox Roast!! Thanks for my first wood fired pizza!
Pizza was very very good and so was the sub. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Dan does a great job from catering my sons graduation last spring to just getting a sandwich when our family is on the run. Can’t recommend him enough, he really needs to franchise this.

If you want real smoked barbecue that cooks for close to 18 hours low and slow, Then check this place out! Their brisket will blow your mind and the onion rings are darn near perfect.
smoked Turkey, beef brisket are the best. Don't miss out.
