Ordered breakfast through the app. Before the cut off time. They did not make the food, and when I got there exactly 6 minutes later they told me they cannot make the food because I wasn't there at the cut off time. But I ordered before so they could make it to prevent that problem!! Horrible management
Update 6/1/25(6 days later) I did not get refunded either. They took my money and did not get me any food. Said I would be refunded. But the points were added to my mobile app like the order was completed. But I sure didn't get anything.

Messed up my burger and the nuggets were overcooked and disgusting. Honestly, not worth the wait and stress we had to go through JUST TO FIGURE OUT OUR PRDER WAS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Me and my partner will be happily going out of town to actually make sure we get the things we paid for, the way we paid for them. We ask for modifications for a reason and expect to get them for a reason. Burger is basically inedible to me and was the main portion of my food. Waste of money.

I took myself my son and my grandma to McDonald's today and ordered two milkshakes a double cheeseburger a fish a filet two large fries one medium fry and it was an order in. We got our order and I was missing are two shakes and our large fry. I went up there and told them that we were missing her two large chocolate shakes and a large fry. They got us our two shakes that were supposed to be chocolate and they were not chocolate at all. And I sat there and waited another 10 minutes before they gave me the large fry.

Usually this location is okay. I went here today April 27th 2:15 today and was very disappointed. As I was waiting on our order an employee literally tossed a bag of food in front of a customer. We ordered 3 apple pies. When we were given our food we were told they had no apple pies and gave us 2 strawberry pies that had an enjoy by time around noon. They said there was nothing they could do about the third one we paid for. The fountain drinks were mostly not working and we were treated rudely. I will update my review if this issue is resolved somehow. My experience today was very disappointing.

Everybody was nice good customer service the food was just awful. Had a double cheeseburger and six piece chicken nuggets the nuggets or hard as rocks so was the bun that my cheeseburger was on and the cheese was not melted couldn't eat any of it threw it away. šŸ˜•

Never eat at any fast food let alone McDonalds. Lady from marketplace wanted to meet in a public location. Wouldnt even get a drink from these places anymore.

Just an FYI. If you place a mobile order in the morning. The order will successfully go through even though the restaurant appears to be closed when you arrive. Good luck with getting a refund. Looks like there's some shady business going on here.

I went to the drive though and ordered a Big Mac along with other stuff, the Big Mac was at least 2 hours old and cold / bread was hard. I went back though the drive though and return the sandwich for another and had to wait out front only to receive another sandwich the same way... bread was hard and cold.
I called their corporate number and she responded with they have never had a complaint or heard of that before. That's odd with nearly 900 complaints on their own website for that store.
West Jefferson Ohio. I threw the food away because it was not safe to eat. Big Mac...Fish sandwich...Fries...2 Apple pies. $13.00 wasted.

Overly worried about speed of service clock. Ordered 3 sausage egg muffins and 3 hash browns in the drive thru. Paid pulled to next window to be told they were waiting on hash browns and asked to pull forward. I said if someone comes up behind me I would be more than willing pull up. The next person that came to the window was the ā€œmanagerā€, she said, and demanded that I pull forward now or be refunded and leave. I told her the same thing I told the first person. Her tone became aggressive telling me to pull forward or she would issue the refund so I asked for a card or info to reach the franchise owner also pointing out my food was probably ready at this point. She said she didn’t have a business card or anything and that info would be on the receipt, needless to say I opened the bag when I got home and the receipt was nowhere to be found.
