This Subway would not honor the online 699FL , we were told the owner stated not too.
The bread was very hard
If I could give no stars i would. Ladies working there need to be trained again. Not sure how you mess up a sub that only takes the bread, meat, cheese, and mayo. đ
The workers are polite and helpful. They moved quick and were kind to my small son when we went in together. Unfortunately they were out of so many things including all the dippers which is the reason we went.

If I could give negative stars for the lady tonight I definitely would- normally we have a pleasant experience with our normal go to worker here at this location who even memorizes our order but the young lady tonight blew my mind my son is a VERY picky eater and begged for subway when I got off work and with me being a single mom with two kids itâs a easy dinner for my oldest while I feed my newborn son . However we arrive at 845 and they dnt close until 9 my son goes up to door itâs still open and he comes to car to tell me , cause the signage was off on outside so I ran in and asked politely that their listed open until 9 pm is there anyway she could make a very easy sub for my son she proceeded to get a nasty attitude and replied no because I dnt wanna be here closing the store past 9 and I have a online order Iâm finishing now and dnt want to make anymore so no I wont make your sub - and proceeded to be extremely rude . Never in 33 years of living have I ever been treated so shitty in ANY establishment. How hard could a foot long sub with cheese ham and tomatoes and cucumbers be to make and how much time would it have consumed not even toasting the damn thing at that
Ordered from web site they got my order wrong when I call the worker was rude. The sandwich is nasty the whole place is dirty and nasty

One girl started my order and I told her not toasted. She didnât toast it. However an older lady comes along and throws it in the oven. Then asks me what I want on sandwiches that werenât mine. Instead of asking she lets the man jump my turn. Then when she grabbed my sub I told her itâs not suppose to be toasted and she was like âso you want me to make it againâ. Yes. Yes I would. I preceded to say my toppings and she says âwe donât have banana peppersâ which is fine. The problem is with the mayo âwe donât have mayoâ. I seen the other girl grab a bag and squeeze mayo on the guy before me so I know they had mayo. If you donât want to do your job properly then find a new one. Itâs your job to serve the customer and if you canât do that then you donât need to be ther

All I know is that this subway accepts coupons. We had to come from London (who incidentally has 2 subways neither one takes coupons). Very surprised when we had our subs exactly the way we asked. The young lady was all business and patient with us. Generous portions. Very satisfied with our food. Will be back.

Both employees were unpleasant. They weren't necessarily rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make a customer feel like the employee was in a decent mood. I tried very hard to make both employees smile it didn't matter. I won't be going back there.
