Coffee and donuts are always good. Wait time for orders seems a bit excessive- but could be due to understaffing. Not sure if they hired new staff since moving locations, but i have been to the new location 3 times now and the baristas are very unfriendly. Essentially irritated for doing their job.

6/1/25. 30 minute wait for regular coffee. No explanation why patrons who ordered far more complex drinks after me were being served before me. Disappointing experience.

I pull up to the drive thru the person say hi welcome what can we get for you I proceed to tell my order. She evidently doesn't hear me so I just pull up order bagels and 3 donuts. Pay. She hands me 1 donut and says the bagel will be out. OK. Where's my other 2 donuts. Has no idea I ordered 3 donuts I just got my money back. I didn't think it should be that confusing to get 3 different donuts. That place is a mess.

Nice little coffee shop in West Jeff with friendly staff and good coffee. The baristas behind the counter are very patient and can explain the coffee menu very well. Had a really good latte and an excellent espresso when we visited. Their pastries were the perfect accompaniment to the beverages. Great place to stop if you are travelling through.

They need to announce who’s order it is because there is multiple people walking up there to grab their order, as well as the donuts they don’t give to you right away and multiple people try to order the same donut, but the food was overall good.

I feel like we would have been better off getting a breakfast sandwich and coffee from McDonald's down the way. The staff were very nice though but as ex-baristas ourselves could definitely tell there was lack of training. One sip of our coffee and we were both like this is not what we ordered. Breakfast sandwich is basically a prepackaged frozen sandwich just reheated. Never been disappointed with their Hilliard location.
Excellent coffee and donuts, reasonable prices, friendly service! Will definitely be back. Love to support local and this is a gem!

Decent place, good service and amazing decorations, but alot of the drinks, especially the iced ones usually dont taste as advertised. I got multiple variants of iced coffee and none of them tasted like the flavor that was advertised, rather bland. The crossaints were okay, but mediocre, considering they had that overbearing chocolate glaze. Not all of the drinks are bad, some are really good, overall three stars
