Whit's Frozen Custard of West Jefferson

Very good hot dogs. Very tasty. Same for the ice cream.

We need more places like this in West Jefferson, to be honest.

One of our favorites year round! Friendly staff every time we visit.

Amazing little place, I love it! I went to a bunch of ice cream shops and none of them had really anything, but this one had a bunch! Definitely would recommend! I loved the dreamsicle float! They even gave me the orange bottle with left over soda which was unexpected!

The last 4 times the flavor of the week wasn't either the one advertised on the site, the custard was milky and tonight I ordered the pecan pie flavor of the week, literally vanilla ice cream. We ask for ice cream in a cup and a couple of times the made it a Whitzer instead and argued thats what was ordered. Whits has dropped the ball .

We were greeted warmly the moment we arrived. Katie was very patient and answered questions while my daughters chose their frozen treat. The frozen custard was good and the service was excellent. We will be back!

Grat food and service! Bit of a line, but they had it handled, and it went speedy. We appreciated the extra time that the store Mgr. or Owner took time from his busy store to chat with us about football practice.

Whits is a favorite in our family but man, this was the most unfriendly location we've been to. We weren't greeted or even talked to even after trying to make light conversation. We asked for ice cream sandwiches and they just stared at us until we got them ourselves. They finally spoken up to tell us the total and that was it. I'm sorry we interrupted your conversation, we just wanted to support an awesome business and we love West Jeff. Dunno if we'll be back to that location though.

Would be 5 stars if you would have the Buckeye flavor available more often. The last 3 times I've been there, including today 7/27, you are sold out. Please, make it more often.

The ice cream was great!!!! My hot dog was borderline un safe to eat, these service was ok considering it was 3 15 year old kids doing the work. I wasn’t super happy about paying $4.75 for a coney dog that tasted like there was a pound of sugar in the coney sauce I will definitely be back for ice cream but not food. The store was very nice and clean as expected from a brand new store

Just stopped for the first time. Staff was quick to greet us, take our order and we were out in just a few minutes. Everything was gone by the time we got home and could have went back for seconds. Delicious and guaranteed we will be back a ton! The Key Lime Pie was refreshing and light, and the chocolate was rich and delicious.
