I stopped in here the beginning of the week. I ordered a footlong meatball sub. When I got to work and sat down to eat. The meatballs were rancid! Nobody could look at that and know it was not fit to serve to anyone! I will never step foot in this Subway again!

The girls working were very rude, when I came in one girl threw the mop on the ground and stomped her way behind the counter, no hello how are you, all she said was "what do you want" I ordered 2 subs said please and thank you. Another girl helped finish out the subs didn't say a word to me. Once I was rang out I told her to have a good night all she said was "yup" will not be going back. If you are going to be so rude then why have a job in customer service?

Would give 5 stars but strange brown haired girl didn’t give me croutons with my salad even though I said yes to croutons.

They had new kid working and she only put 4 pieces of meat on 2 footlongs. When I brought it up the other girl said it was hiding under the two pieces of cheese. You could clearly see the sandwiches were missing the meat but they would not do anything about it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never going back to a subway again. First of all why get rid of the wraps and use the stupid flat bread instead? The sauce drips out of the bottom. The bread got so soggy before I even got half done with the first half of my great garlic. The girl taking my order didn't know what even went on it and I had to tell her to add bacon which she did after the sub was already toasted. Got my husband's order wrong as well but he didn't bother to correct her. The sub, if that's what u wanna call it, fell apart, got soggy, won't hold the ingredients and tasted bad that I couldn't finish it. I'm pissed and I want my money back but that's never gonna happen. I get offered a free sub for next time. No! Because I will never go back to subway! Stupid decision using flat bread.

It's Subway, 100% what you would expect it to be. Friendly service, clean environment, lots of options, exactly what is advertised.Regardless of the pomp and circumstance, it's a lunchmeat sandwich with tons of bells and whistles!

Been going to this Subway for many years. Sadly I was shocked when an employee argued with me about an order I placed. I asked for a 6 inch sub. She said I said footlong. I have never ordered a 12 inch sub. I’m a creature of habit . 6 inch sub, 2 chocolate chip cookies and a drink. My order hasn’t changed in 20 years. She did say “ sir” each time she said I was wrong . Even if I was wrong , which I wasn’t “the customer is always right” should be normal response. I get it , it’s late they are probably tired. I still left a 15% tip, but I will never return to the West Liberty store. The eye roll and throwing the meat and cheese annoyingly back wasn’t a good experience.
