This is not a high end establishment. The chair leather is cracked, the room is warmer than you might like and there are no guidelines for how a new person navigates their experience - aka we showed up, no one greeted us and we sat ourselves. That being said - 5 minutes of looking at the menu that was on the table a lovely young lady showed up to take our order. She was helpful and friendly and we felt much more at ease. Sat there last night for over 45 min. For a turkey sub and chicken chunks. So after 4 other tables got there food that we got there before. We ask the waitress what's up. He response it takes longer for your food. was a HUGE supporter when it was skippers. bad service so we stopped going. figured let's try again after 6 months. never again. try to support local but man this place has gone downhill big time. Suppose they care about the piqua mall place more.
