Based on the last few trips to this location in particular, it leaves me conflicted. On one hand, it is a very clean and presentable store. For the most part, the employees that work there SEEM polite and well mannered. On the other hand…the sandwich making can be VERY and I mean VERY inconsistent, as if they lack pride within their job. I guess it depends on the day I suppose. I prefer going to this Subway over other locations, but they’ve made it hard on me to continue going there frequently.

I ordered a toasted sub with avocado for carryout, and it was missing the avocado. I took the sandwich and the receipt to the store to get my sandwich replaced with a fresh toasted sub made correctly. The crew member argued with me and told me it was made correctly and that they would not replace it. I am not a fan of eating cold soggy sandwiches, so I wanted it replaced which they eventually did.

I go here a lot since I am working from home and until lately it has been wonderful. The service is always great and friendly. The dining area is always clean and welcoming. I don't eat bread, so I will get a wrap. My last 3 visits, including today, they have been out of wraps. My trips are during the day, not late at night when I could better understand being out of something. May have to find a new place to get lunch.

5:00 PM they had no turkey, provolone cheese, and no lettuce. Not the first time I have been there and items out. They do not slice in front of you fresh as advertised. Was take out but we left.

I had amazing customer service! Johnathan and Alania deserve atleast a $3 raise they are extremely friendly and lovely people. I understand how rude people can be in customer service but they kept there smiles.

Morgan, Hailey and Paris are hands down the absolute best employees to work here. I have craved subway my entire pregnancy and the girls here always go above and beyond for me & my orders. These girls make my day every time and I’ll never go to another subway, highly recommend management give them the proper praise as they truly do deserve it. Thank you girls always!!

If this Subway weren't so convenient, I would be driving to another one. The employees are friendly enough, but I get tired of telling them when my sub has 2x cheese on the menu board. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And for handing out a gift card survey in every bag, you would think they would know how to ring it in.

Worst service ive ever had!!Manager leaves rude minor children unattended in the storeThat obviously havent any training on costumer service who are completely inadequate and don’t know how to work a cash register or handle any kind of complaints or any issue at all that concern the publicI wont be back and will further contact subway corporation on this matter!!

The absolute slowest subway I have ever been too. It wasn’t because of the line, it was because how slow the employees were. It was like watching everything in slow motion. There was no urgency at all. They were nice enough but it definitely wasn’t worth the wait.
