The staff is always great but there always seems to be a problem. They don't accept coupons for some reason and haven't had working drink machines for atleast a couple months.

I would rate it 5 stars if I could consume PALM OIL free products. Sadly their breads contain PALM OIL. Claiming sustainability is ridiculous because 70% of rainforest in Indonesia and Malaysia we burnt to make it sustainable. Killing thousands of animals and causing irreversible damage to our environment and planet.

Tried to eat lunch here yesterday. Terrible service and sandwich. Your employee is rude and doesn't care at all about making a decent sandwich. What a mess. I get the same sandwich at every Subway and I've never seen one so bad.

Honestly would get 1 star but at least the staff is friendly. Every single time I go they don’t have the Italian herbs and cheese bread, I’ve also tried different times throughout the day but it never fails they never have it. Today I got ranch on my sub and I saw her putting it on and the bottle did say ranch but when I went home to eat it was Caesar- it was TERRIBLE. They are horribly organized.

I love subway. But I always order 4-5 foot long subs. And 3 with 2× the meat. Everytime I ordered it online. It's a rip off. They never put extra meat. They don't even put the regular amount on.. Getting to the point rather not even order it anymore..
It was very clean. The girls behind the counter were friendly and fast. Good experience. Why not 5 stars? It's subway.

Terrible! I will not return have been there for three second time in a week and still out of bread , meat ,cheese and now they no longer serve roast beef. This Is a terrible franchise who doesnt participate in subway franchises promotions. Just close this lousy store!!!!

Ordered 2.12" Subs online to pickup as I went thrru West Salem on my way home on 6/23/2020. I've done it this way before with no problems at all.I stood in line for prolly 7-10 minutes waiting for the employee to ask if anyone had a pickup order as I saw a plastic bag by the cash register. She finally asked me if I was there for pickupand I said that I wS. She grabbed the bag and ha ded it too me and Ieft, got into my truck anx drove the 9 miles to my destination. When I opened that bag inside, I saw that there wers four (4) Subs and two (2) bags of Cookies!Thia was NOT our Oder at all but, the bag contained 4 Subs with weird combinations like a Pizza Sub with Mayonnaise and a Pizza Sub with pretty much nothing on it but meat & cheese, no sauce even!Being that it is an almost a 20 mile round trip there and back and I was very tired from my long day and drive, I was not driving back over there to exchange our food. I threw the Subs away and ate a frozen pizza for supper.NOT a great evening at all after driving the nearly 100 miles from Columbus to home and still have to make supper when I stopped at Subway so I could shower and relax instead!So, my $12+ is a loss and whomever got my 12" Steak & Cheese with extra meat & bacon and my wife's12" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki........ENJOY!
