Worst one around! 5 of us went and yes they were busy but that doesn't excuse cold food and lack of service! Saw the waitress to order and when she dropped the bill! Had to get up to find someone else to get refills. I went to pay and told the cashier about the experience and her excuse was "Well we have a large party in the back"!! I told her it was still unacceptable and asked for someone else and was told no one was available. I called several times and never received a call back! We will Never go back, chalked it up to burning $90!!

Grateful that the Frisch's in West Union is locally owned and didn't close like the corporate ones. I enjoyed the Salad bar Monday night when I stopped in. Everything looked good, and my server, Andrea, always checked on me and kept my plates cleared and my drink glass 🥛 full. The bar was kept stocked by the other employees as well.
