Grateful that the Frisch's in West Union is locally owned and didn't close like the corporate ones. I enjoyed the Salad bar Monday night when I stopped in. Everything looked good, and my server, Andrea, always checked on me and kept my plates cleared and my drink glass 🥛 full. The bar was kept stocked by the other employees as well.

We arrived at this place to have some breakfast from 40 minutes away we was seated and stuck waiting for a waitress to take are order and drinks for over ten minutes why we sat there we seen people that came after us and was taking care of right away so we just left and went next door to dairy queen and had great service here we will never set foot in that place ever again and this wasn't the first time this has happened to us fix your ways.

There were only 5 of us and we may been seated right away but food took 40 minutes and then it was cold. Would have told the server but she dropped and never saw her again. Never received refills until my husband got up and went and found someone to get them. We I told the cashier about the cold food, under cooked onion rings, her excuse was, well we have a party in the back!! Seriously, you make everyone else suffer! Last time going to this one!

We have been customers at this location for many years.But after our last two times there we will never go back.Two weeks ago I got a burger with lettuce that was slime and black.We just wrote it off as a bad night after all are good experiences there Then this week we waited 2 hours for our food and when we got it was cold and not good.Then when we left a staff member was smarting off to my mother when she told her how bad it was.Never have ever and we will never be back

Went through drive thru,waited in line for 45 minutes. Ordered 2 big boy combos with onion rings. 1 big boy was hot and had sauce, the other was cold and dry. Onions rings were a little warm and soggy .Worst $25 dollar meal .

Great location The Manager Sonya recently helped out an elderly friend in a bad situation when he went there to eat. I can't go into details but this Manager is stellar as well as the rest of the crew working that day to make things happen. I recommend you go out of your way to go to this location.
