Ordered a stromboli sub and asked for lettuce, onion and mayo. The menu literally says the toppings come on the sandwich but they didn’t and i had to ask them for the toppings multiple times. Also ordered a cheese pizza for my children and when it came out it wasn’t even cooked all the way and we couldn’t even pick up a slice without the pizza falling apart. My children couldn’t even hold it to eat it.

The food was very bland also the pool tables are trash.The cue ball literally has Knicks all over it and missing alot of the pool balls in order to even try to play pool.The place was very unclean and hot.Live and learn I guess...

1 large deluxe($25) 1 large pepperoni($22)4 drinks(?) and a bag of chips(?)=$75 pizza was ok nothing great! Way over priced.

Ordered a salad, a baked spaghetti, and a 12 inch cheese breadstick at 5:55pm. It didn’t arrive until 8:45Pm. When I did arrive, the cheese breadsticks were like warm and in fact not at 12 inch. It was an 10 inch that was actually around 8 inches (photo attached.)
Called back to let them know, to which the manager tried accusing me and my wife of not paying despite having paid and having the bank statement showing the charge went through. The manager said “we’re gonna need that,” talking about the money. Had I not been adamant about it, she would have charged me twice.
Shortly after a brief pause she says she found the transaction and asked me to send a picture of the food, I sent the photo and she confirmed I was right. They apologized, and said we’ve been extremely busy from a church order.
Busy or not, if you give someone a timeframe at least try and honor it to a reasonable degree. The manager didn’t properly execute in the kitchen leading to the staffs failure. Your other customers shouldn’t have a lesser experience for a large order, nor should the large order be an excuse.
Overall, this was a ridiculous experience that definitely will push me away from buying from them again or at minimum until the issues with service are corrected. It’s not a good look.

I love this Giovannis I spent so many memories there and so excited to take my kids there and make memories. They have such a amazing pizza that will always leave you wanting more and always have such sweet staff . If you are ever want pizza that brings the family come together look not further then here ❤️

I frequent Giovanni's when I'm in the area. They always impress me with consistency in their food & service. Another visit with an excellent experience. Can't wait until my next visit!

I wish I could say some decent things about this restaurant but I can't.
The dining room was dirty; numerous tables were covered with plates, silverware and empty glasses.
No one would wait on us. We had to go to the counter and get the attention of the girls in the back to ask if there was a waitress. She eventually came by and took our order. The order took forever to come, and came staggered. Those who got pizza got served first, those who got pasta got served after the people who had pizza had already finished eating. Our party had two people who ordered pasta, the dishes came one at a time. The final pasta dish probably arrived about 40 minutes after the first pizza arrived. Some ordered salads that seemed to be bagged lettuce covered with a mountain of cheese.
The waitress never showed up again after serving the food. We had to go to the counter to get a bill and pay.
The bathroom was clean however, and there were some cute stray cats that live outside. They were the high point of the visit.
