1 large deluxe($25) 1 large pepperoni($22)4 drinks(?) and a bag of chips(?)=$75 pizza was ok nothing great! Way over priced.

Ordered a salad, a baked spaghetti, and a 12 inch cheese breadstick at 5:55pm. It didnât arrive until 8:45Pm. When I did arrive, the cheese breadsticks were like warm and in fact not at 12 inch. It was an 10 inch that was actually around 8 inches (photo attached.)
Called back to let them know, to which the manager tried accusing me and my wife of not paying despite having paid and having the bank statement showing the charge went through. The manager said âweâre gonna need that,â talking about the money. Had I not been adamant about it, she would have charged me twice.
Shortly after a brief pause she says she found the transaction and asked me to send a picture of the food, I sent the photo and she confirmed I was right. They apologized, and said weâve been extremely busy from a church order.
Busy or not, if you give someone a timeframe at least try and honor it to a reasonable degree. The manager didnât properly execute in the kitchen leading to the staffs failure. Your other customers shouldnât have a lesser experience for a large order, nor should the large order be an excuse.
Overall, this was a ridiculous experience that definitely will push me away from buying from them again or at minimum until the issues with service are corrected. Itâs not a good look.

I love this Giovannis I spent so many memories there and so excited to take my kids there and make memories. They have such a amazing pizza that will always leave you wanting more and always have such sweet staff . I frequent Giovanni's when I'm in the area. They always impress me with consistency in their food & service. Another visit with an excellent experience. Can't wait until my next visit!
I wish I could say some decent things about this restaurant but I can't.
The dining room was dirty; numerous tables were covered with plates, silverware and empty glasses.
No one would wait on us. We had to go to the counter and get the attention of the girls in the back to ask if there was a waitress. She eventually came by and took our order. The order took forever to come, and came staggered. Those who got pizza got served first, those who got pasta got served after the people who had pizza had already finished eating. Our party had two people who ordered pasta, the dishes came one at a time. The final pasta dish probably arrived about 40 minutes after the first pizza arrived. Some ordered salads that seemed to be bagged lettuce covered with a mountain of cheese.
The waitress never showed up again after serving the food. We had to go to the counter to get a bill and pay.
The bathroom was clean however, and there were some cute stray cats that live outside. They were the high point of the visit.

Tried this place for the first time today. We decided to eat in. We sat down and it took well over 10 min for someone to come to our table (we were the only ones in the dining room as they just opened). The workers in the kitchen were standing around talking and giggling. Finally, one of the guys realized no one had come to our table. We gave our order and reiterated regular spaghetti not baked spaghetti for our special needs daughter. They brought out each item 1 at a time 5-7 min apart. Brought baked spaghetti instead of regular spaghetti. They forgot to cut my sonâs pizza and then when they did âcutâ it, it was not cut properly. The topping of cheese and bacon slid off the pizza crust because it was so rubbery and watery. He couldnât even cut it up to eat because it would fall apart or off the fork. Eventually they brought out a specialty bread stick plate and the dough was still raw. At this point my husband and I were frustrated. If the dough was raw on the breadsticks what else wasnât cooked fully? The negligence this place promotes in food safety is terrifying. My husband said he tried to speak to a manger but there isnât one. We paid and took what edible food there was. I stayed behind and took the raw breadsticks to the counter and spoke to a young lady that looked like she was still in high school like most of the staff. I explained that not cooking food properly is a safety hazard that can result in illness and death. I also said I understood they donât have a manager and this isnât entirely their fault but they need to take some responsibility as they are the ones handling the food. I asked that she speak to the owner about this because if they continue down this path someone could sue and or die for failing to properly train their staff in food safety. Needless to say we will not be returning.

First off they was 1 table of two eating and us we waiting to get our order taken for 15mins and then they brought our food out one dish at a time with 10mins in between and then forgot to cut our pizza?? how can you be that bad
