Ordered a sandwich, kids meal and two sides. They forgot the sandwich, and drink for the kids meal. When I went back, less than 5 minutes later, they told me they needed the bags back to check to see if the stuff I was missing was in it. My kids already had their food, but the restaurant insisted that I had everything so I couldn’t have the things I was missing. After giving me the sandwich, that wasn’t how I ordered it, I just left.
Complete lost cause & last time I checked, food wasn’t supposed to be handed back into a drive through window after it’s handed out.

No pop, I asked for Mac n cheese and they going to say it will be a up charge, they should have gave me a extra side just for not having pop. Then after I get my order they didn't give me my side for my 7 chicken bowl meal and no spoon. Never going to this location again.

Foods trash, employees are trashy with stank attitudes. I waited 30 minutes just for someone to come out say oh its sshigt change we had no idea someone was waiting on food, got our food cold tacos and fries soggy but yet they said they were waiting on ‘fresh’ fries.

This chicken joint is owned by a foreigner and he's not throwing anything out. My chicken was so grease soaked the box was soggy. It was inedible. I had to argue to get my money back.

Paid for a 12 piece was given 9. Sides not filled. Extra crispy was wanted they took our payment and then proceeded to tell us that it will be 25 mins instead of letting us know so we could decided if we wanted to wait or cancel our order. So many other issues. Don't go here! Not worth the $70. It was nasty (food) and the service was horrible.

I went in during lunch to get two meals to go for me and my father to go. My order was taken by some Haitian guy I'm guessing from his accent. And he took off to the back without taking my payment so I waited at the register. 4 min later he is telling me take my food and I had to remind him to take my payment. After gettingy food I went to my car and remembered that my father wanted something sweet so I reentered to purchase some cinnamon delights. And nice young girl tooky order and was very nice. I waited for about 4 min and the same gentleman that forgot my payment earlier that I nicely reminded him of came to tell me they are out and don't have any. Then acted as if I was supposed to leave. I asked him for my money back and he stated he doesn't have time for this and made a scene in front of other customers. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

This is the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. They close up the fryers up to 2hrs early almost every single day. They are constantly running out of chicken. Employees are Rude and seem like they do not want to be there nor help in any way. I’ve the last couple of months I’ve gone to this location 4 separate times and each time I went they claimed they were out of chicken due to clean up of the fryer and putting being done frying for the evening.

I took myself and my 2 grandchildren there 8/9/24 around 3 o'clock. The man that was taking our order was very rude and disrespectful to me because he got our order wrong. Even was rasing his voice . Because he wAs trying to impress some teenage girls. I'll never go there again. The food was wrong and the chicken wasn't even eatable. He didn't even know what I ordered and was coloring at me. He was an African man from nielgeria. I couldn't under stand him. And he basically ignored me and was very disrespectful.
