My daughter and I ordered from the self service we put in our order grab our number and we waited for them to bring it to us but they didn't we had to get it our selfs what is the point in having self service when they don't honor it Food was cold very disappointed the restaurant in side was disgusting trash everywhere.

As if I needed one more reason to not eat this slop...I had a code for free fries so I figured I'd try them. Went through the drive-thru and placed the order, got to the window and the guy said the code didn't work and tried to charge us. Went inside and spoke with the manager Kristina. Explained what happened and showed her the code wasn't used, but she refused to honor it because she said it was a third party app and they wouldn't get paid. Pretty sure they could afford to honor a large fry to prevent losing business but instead they made a stupid decision.

I came through the drive thru an hour before they closed and the employee was walking around inside but ignored both cars in the drive thru. We ended up just leaving. Really lazy, awful service.

Inside is always slow. I understand they have a long drive through line on occasion but no one dedicated to making sure walk in orders are taken in a timely manner. Its the closest place for me to take my lunch break at work but I spen the entire break standing in the lobby waiting for some one to come take my order. Its honestly the biggest waist of time.

Orderd fish samwitch, mac double, large fries and 4 apple pies to go. Got home 15 miles away. I had 5 pies...not 4, and NO MAC DOUBLE...I tRIED YO CALL NIT ONLY GOT busy signal. Sevice isn't worth a crap.... I doubt I will order from yheir.any more. They charged me for the Mac double... so in other words I was cheated. I recommend going to WENDYS OR AMY PLACE BUT WEST UNION McDonalds.

If I could give negative I would. Employees sitting on the curbs outside and at the drive thru being told they don't have enough meat to complete the order for three double cheese burgers being denied service.
