Man what a great find on our foodie adventures today in west union, ohio. Came across this historic treasure along our route. Whipped in right when they opened at 11am. I call it perfect timing and fate. They had a buffet style lunch today with homemade food and desserts. Man it did not disappoint at all, superb food is an understatement. Will return again for sure. Great historical building with a friendly staff. Would love to see daily specials posted up on social media so we can keep an eye out for the yummyness.

We just moved to the area and saw this place on Google and decided to try it. Everyone we met there was very friendly, we had our four-year old with us and one of ladies even offered to make us chicken tenders for him if he didn’t want anything on the buffet. The food is very filling and good, the peanut butter pie was amazing. Only slight complaint is that we were charged for our son but the sign advertised kids 5 and under eat free.

My mom and I stopped here for her birthday lunch. The atmosphere is so cozy, the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and lemon cream pie was delicious. The owner is so welcoming and staff so friendly.
It's one of my favorite spots in this town. Everyone has been absolutely friendly, and I recommend you stop by! Recently stopped by a few times and they have been incredibly nice! Appreciate you. ?

So glad I found this restaurant! Such a homey feel and great service. The food!! What can I say?! They offer a buffet and it is great. Though, I gotta say - the head cook makes a damn good breakfast! When you walk in, it feels like you are visiting family out of town (in a good way ?). I visited twice while visiting the area and plan to go back again before I leave town.

Was doing a job behind the restaurant and the boss bought us all lunch. I ordered the bacon jam burger. Gotta say that was the best burger I have tasted in a long time. I wanted to take a nap afterwards! Food coma!
