If you want a meatball sub they are always out. The iced tea dispenser looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 1980's, yuck. Forget ordering by the numbered menu because they have no clue and ask what you want on it. Why have numbers associated with subs?

Took a bite of my sandwich something was spoiled , the lettuce is brown the containers were dirty looked like yesterday containers with leftovers yuck ?!!! I should have listened to myself and not ordered now they won't answer

I spent $10 on a sandwich. I saw they didn’t put cheese on my sandwich so I asked about it and they said they put cheese on it. There was no cheese AND the worst part is that if they were honest about it, I could have had a sandwich that was made correctly and it would’ve been a non-issue but instead they chose to lie to my face.

I go in to order one of the subs in the commercials. Was asked what I wanted on it. I said just the way it is suppose to be made what ever is on it I wanted. They looked at the menu bored. Stated they didn't know how to make it . Ummmm then why do they advertise the types of subs that way.

Was not stocked barely had veggies and the ones they did have looked old and wilted and the sandwich was nasty I really wasn't happy with subway and honestly don't see going back plus it was dirty and they had food on floors it wasn't a good experience

Walked in at 10 minutes until 8 and was informed that they were closed. Lol. Sign says 8 and nothing was put away or covered. I have been in business for years and stay after hours, before hours and weekends. Absolutely no work ethic. Last trip to Subway. EVER!!

Google says the business updated their info 1 week ago. It states dine in and take-out. It also states that they close at 9. We arrive at 7pm. There is a sign on the door stating their "temporary hours they will be closing at 8pm". It doesn't not state dining room closed anywhere, yet the door was locked and we could not dine in. As we were forced to go through the drive thru we were told their soda machine was down for the night. (If you read through the 1 star comments for this business, apparently that's nothing new.) They definitely are in need of some structure and better management.Edit: they were also unable to toast sandwiches for like a month.

Service was great but i was not allowed to pick my own pizza cheese topping due to the regional manager changing whatever she wants to when she wants to may have to stop going to this subway if this is going to keep happening also the last time i was there that regional manager constantly griped about her younger employees not professional of her at all
