I ordered food through uber eats and went to go get it personally myself because they had no driver instead Taco Bell canceled my order so I reordered it through door dash and they was rude about it… not my fault I put that I was coming in to pick up my personal order myself and instead they canceled it! And got rude when they had to remake the food!

Mohammed and Muhammad need to be replaced as managment. I used to manage this place, and it's gona so down hill since they sold to a diffrent company. This is the WORST place in adams county to eat. Didn't even wanna let kids off of busses in to eat. Saw the busses and locked the doors.

Places is very nasty food is nasty burnt chicken don’t know how to make a Chili cheese burrito health department needs to be there
They gave me the wrong order. The cashier argued with me over what I ordered, when I showed them the receipt. When I did get my food, one was burnt and one was undercooked (This was when the steak street chalupas were out) this place is always dirty as well

This taco bell always has well made foods. The drive through workers are always friendly.
All tables when we tried to eat in all the tables were sticky, grimey and caked on with so much stuff it was like they never cleaned their dining room all week if not all month. I worry about what quality the food is if the dining room is this bad.

We was the only people eating inside. Our taco shells was stale. Nacho does was cold when served up. Our chicken was brown and looked old. Tasted horrible. While there an older guy stood a long time before walking out because no one waited on him. And another came in to return his stuff.

Ordered 3 simple taco supremes. Got the food at drive-thru after a decent wait..the 3 tacos were crushed, broken, no sour creme or tomatoes. Went right back to the drive up window and asked for the order to be remade since the sign says they don't give refunds...hmm...anyways, after a wait again, they hand me 3 tacos no better then the 1st batch..honestly, the food should have been thrown back in the face of the Gothic chick with 2000 piercings that had a major attitude working the window. Screw Taco bell and the smucks that work there. Close your doors if you hate your job that much and continue to serve dog food to customers. I mean dog food because it was unedible for human consumption. It was thrown in the trash. $10.50 down the drain. Thanks.NOTICE --- soo many bad recent reviews...where's corporate? WHO IS THE OWNER? ALL who had bad experiences at this particular location is urged to call TACO BELL customer service and report them. These owners have direct access to these reviews and chose to ignore them . Please stop ripping off people.

This is quite literally one of the worst establishments I have ever been to. How they call this a KFC/Tacobell is beyond me. 98% are they ever selling off of the KFC menu. When I say every single time we go there, our order is always wrong, that is no lie. At this point, this store in particular is a waste of opportunity that could be given to a successful business in the area. I’d like to know how nothing has changed given the NUMEROUS 1 star reviews. Not to mention, this location is ALWAYS out of something. I am normally not one to say anything, but after multiple horrible experiences here, someone needs to look into this and change how this store is being ran.
