Me and my wife stood at register and waited for somebody to take our order for over 10 minutes and nobody ever did take our order we had to walk out

Made a mobile order, go to the store, have to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive through before some one even acknowledges my existence. I’m told to pull to the second window. Waiting again for an extended period of time. I’m told “we’ve already started cleaning our frosty machine for the night” and asked if I want something else. I said no just refund the order. I’m then told they can’t refund the order. My question to this Wendy’s is why are you shutting down equipment an hour and a half before closing time?

I’m not usually one to complain about fast food places because I truly know what it’s like working in fast food, as I work in fast food myself… but there needs to be change within this Wendy’s. I just went through and got a biggie bag and my nuggets looked like bottom of the bag nuggets. My significant other told the gentleman at the window he was not pulling up because the last time they pulled us we waited close to 30 minutes. It seems to me that they were angry that we told them no!!

Went thru drive thru couple weeks ago at west union ohio around 10:30 pm and the burger patty on my order was ice cold and not cooked at all wifes burger was cooked but cold .we havnt been back to wendys ever since and we was going 3 to 4 times a week cant stomach the name of wendys anymore people dont care about customers any more.

There’s nothing about a fast food when it comes to Wendy’s in West Union the employees I have dealt with are so rude and you might as well go to the next restaurant because you’ll sit in line through the drive-through for a good 5 to 10 minutes. The workers are not only rude. They are very lazy. They move so slow. I don’t know who owns this Wendy’s, but he needs or she needs to get all new help.

9pm on a Friday, there must only be one guy running the whole show. Insane 50+ minute wait time for the drive thru. They only take one order at a time and wait until that car is completely done and pulled off before taking the next order.
Sub-par friendliness as I'm sure they get a lot of complaints. All to be told I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for spicy nuggets. Well what's another 5 minutes after spending an hour here?

I am so disappointed in my last several visits at Wendy's. The app seems to be not working correctly when applying coupons, and the employees seem to be bothered when inquiring. Fine, I understand they can be separate entities. I am happy to pay full price for something special, like a pretzel baconator.
The first trip, I attributed the lack of pretzel bun to the confusion I may have caused when wanting to use a coupon. On my second trip, I used the app to be sure I was receiving the correct burger and toppings. I once again received a regular bun. Wendy's is one place I typically know my food is going to taste good, and it was, but still not having the pretzel bun was so disappointing. On my third visit, I didn't bother with the app, and I ordered directly. It tasted wonderful, and I was thrilled to have a pretzel bun, even if it seemed much smaller. About halfway through, I realized I was eating a single patty 🙃 That was my fault for not going back in when I noticed, but at this point, does Wendy's not want me any longer? I typically don't have the luxury of having a premium burger every visit. As a family of 4, it can get quite expensive, but it's a treat, and the pretzel bun is something that keeps me looking forward to eating at Wendy's.
