Planned my whole trip to get an Impossible Whopper at an Ohio Turnpike service center. They were sold out. Second time this has happened to me on the turnpike. I am starting to wonder if Burger King is just generally poorly managed across the country because this is my second terrible review of a Burger King in the last few months.
Vegetarian options: No impossible Whoppers available at the time of my visit.

I feel that the staff waiting on us was of very little help. I wanted to use my app but the lady in front didn't even offer to help so I had to use the touch screen.

absolute absurdity that I can not use a giftcard at the BK here. Whoever is in charge of that decision is lacking braincells. I gave 1 point to the service rating for the staff who are completely not at fault and should not have their flow interrupted to explain to someone using the kiosk why their giftcard isn't working. fix it

Burger King #18123. Ordered meal. Fries were mix warm and some stone cold. Big food chain and located on turnpike but they're out of Barbeque sauce. They really need to be on top in counting inventory. Staff little lazy not paying attention but can be ignored. Food quality is going down for not paying attention.

This place is on the turn pike and not open 24 hours. The hours of operation reported here are incorrect. This is misleading and bad business. Just post your real hours so I’ll know when to stop or not while on our road trip.

You need to update your hours on Google! US TRUCKERS that bring you the food for you to have that job rely on that information!!!
They were closed by maps showed that they were open.
Overpriced, did not accept coupons that should have been valid at any Burger King outside of AK/HI.
