Well, I was curious to try a Stromboli, but I asked if I could have it made without cheese, as I am allergic to the cheese, and was told under no uncertain terms, nope. So, guess I will eat elsewhere. Piss poor attitude from staff. No I will not fill out a comment card online. You can either do your job as a manager, and correct the issue, or, continue to watch this location crumble. Refusing a customer because of a food allergy, that's actually illegal. So do your jobs, stop replying with your script that translates to "we act concerned, but don't really care." Figure it out.

The service is terrible. We ask the cashier to give us tips and he looks at us badly and refuses to serve us. His name is Nate. On the other hand, the young girl is very kind and patient.

Got a slice of pizza and it wasn't even edible. It wasn't fully cooked, it was a doughy greasy mess. I didn't even eat it. Threw it a way. This is the worst chain store I even had. What a waste of money. Not eating here again.
Fire employees. Took 5 minutes for someone to get a slice. Then she sets on the counter leaves and I waited 5 minutes to pay while employees stood in back and talked. Left the food. Fire the employees and make it

I came here for some spaghetti, ended up taking it home because I was too tired to stick around in the mall after some shopping. The meatballs tasted like terrible soggy old meat is the best way I can describe it, the marinara was super runny and watery and I honestly started feeling sick a while later. I'm not sure how long that food had been sitting but my body is very sensitive to food poisoning and I'm pretty sure I am dealing with food poisoning or cross contamination of something with mushrooms in it which I am allergic to

Of all the food under the glass, only two slices of cheese were edible but I was lucky enough to get those two slices. The rest of the pizzas looked days old and the strombolis were burnt black. I don't understand why you would display them for human consumption instead of throwing them away.

The pizza was pizza but what really stood out was Aiden was the tops In customer service, his friendly and cheerful demeanor and his very positive attitude really made my visit worthwhile. It's the people like Aiden that have endeared Ohio to me.
